“Great price for Epic Views and Location BUT would not recommend for important trip/ vacation.”
The view really makes The Balcony the balcony. The dwelling was cleaned very well with dishes, cups and silverware. An outside lower deck was available too. Local cuisine was offered here as well! Took pictures but website isn't accepting my file types.

This was by far the best accommodation I had in the Philippines. The view is absolutely amazing, sunset and sunrise were both magical. Enriquo was super helpful with getting a scooter and finding the best island spots.

We LOVED our stay ! Best place so far after one month in the philippines! The home owners were very friendly and helped us with any of our questions and demands. The balcony is incredible for youre coffee in the morning, best view! Water was provided and even a pop corn machine!

“a fantastic stay in a beautiful location”
stunning location, not far from town; nice kitchen, great to have a full size fridge/freezer, no AC but the airflow through the windows is great so not needed! it was so nice of Enrique to help pick us up from the port and then also take us onwards at the end of our stay, he communicated really well throughout too, great host! he also organised our motorbike rental which was ready at the port on arrival!

“Nice experience”
The owner is super friendly and helpful. The room is very spacious. We could even cook. Nice view from the window as well. Netflix worked:)

Sleeping on a bed while watching the jungle spread out in front of you is the best. There is also a kitchen, so you can cook your own meals, just like eating at a restaurant. And very good internet. It's not too far from the city if you have a rental motorbike.
