We are staying here for five nights - we have already stayed four. The rooms are nice and very clean and there are only four rooms. There is a small terasse in from of each hut, but the really great thing is the cozy shared terasse with hammoch, couches and lights at night. From the terasse you can watch the garden and the ocean and enjoy the mornings with all the birds waking up, as well as the beautiful sunsets. The staff are so nice and helpful. This is really a little gem, and I would for sure stay here again going to Camiguin.

A quiet location by the beach - extremely peaceful The most friendliest staff, they were so helpful in arrange us some transport for around the island and informing us of activities, sight-seeing and restaurants. A superb cafe just across the street.

The wonderful staff, Nana, and the team make you feel right at home as soon as you walk in. Nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are basic but spotlessly clean and comfortable.The shower has good water pressure and is hot. The central area with seating and hammock is a great space to relax out of the room and enjoy the beautiful garden. It's very quiet and can walk down to the black beach at the end of the garden. Location is great easy to get around to places to eat and the sights.

“Great hosts and super clean no frills accommodation”

We loved this place. Staff are super friendly and helpful. The rooms are basic but very clean and there is a lovely additional communal area to chill in too. A scooter whilst not essential is the best way to get around the island, not my favourite mode of transport, but the roads are in reasonable condition and not at all busy. The property arranged for our pick up from the airport in a tricycle (super cheap and convenient) and Nana was super helpful in arranging a scooter for us after we arrived.

The place is very cozy, with only 4 apartments, so you’ll have a lot of space for yourself. Also the crew is so welcoming and giving ideas about what to do on the island. Definitely recommend to stay here.

Truly amazing! Nana, Wing and the rest of the staff were all super nice, always willing to support and thoughtful. As soon as we arrived at the airport, they managed a pick up for us, and welcomed us with a wide range of information and recommendations about the island, which were indeed very helpful. We even had some technical issues with our personal network connection, and they spent their time helping us out. On a side note, the installations were very comfortable and super clean, and the location was extremely convenient. If we ever came back to Camiguin - an island that, btw, we felt in love with - we would definitely repeat our choice with them :)

Beautiful peaceful surroundings. The garden leads to a black sand beach where you can watch the sunset. The staff we so kind and friendly. Nana gave us a map of the island and recommended lots of different places to us. They arranged anything we needed and even offered breakfast for 150pesos. The rooms are small but have everything you need and are cleaned each day. It is right next to a resort where you can eat dinner (or breakfast)

The women who are running this place are amazing. They will help you with anything you need and upon your arrival, they will introduce the island for you. The garden is amazing and the hut gives you great place to relax. They clean rooms everyday so eventhough the equipment is very simple, the room is clean.

Clean place, sheets, and towels - they'll clean your room every day! Quiet.. Comfortable bed. Good value for money. 5-10 minutes walk to mini sari-sari store and a few local restaurants. All the staff are nice. Free purified water!

Camigiun island is frankly amazing, pristine and largely undiscovered. Few tourists and the ones you meet are just lovely. No mass tourism here in the way you see Cebu and Moalboal. Bahandi offers very simple accomodation ideal for those who want to switch off and spend a few days connecting with nature in a very simple way. The rooms are simple, a bed, a lamp and a shower. We are a family of 4 who had to book 2 rooms to accommodate us. I would say this accommodation suits couples and single travellers rather than families. I think as a family with young kids we missed a pool. This is not a critique of the accommodation as we knew what we booked. This is on reflection and hindsight. We are quite active, and this lodging was ideal for those who want to disconnect and enjoy peace. The location was central close to alot of eateries, other resorts, white island, coffee shops etc. Camigiun has waterfalls, lovely beaches, scenic drives, snorkel sites etc..you can get a tuk tuk from the airport for 200 pesos to the accomodation. I found all tourism operators on the island to be fair. For a van for 8 hours we paid 2700 pesos. Please ensure you choose a van with a good engine and tyres as alot of the interior is mountainous and you need power to get up there.. other notable mentions are utopia cafe for the most amazing coffee and small meals. We did a day trip to mantigue island and ended up hanging out with a congressman and some councillors.. such is the life on camiguin, everyone mixes together. I will definitely visit camigiun again, I think it is an amazing and versatile place.. everyone is friendly and the pace of life is slow..nothing was a problem. Everyone was friendly and perhaps the biggest thing was how safe it was. We left valuables in the tuk tuk, phones on the table, money on the table and no one touched it. People were always smiling and helpful. Special mention to Nana, Corazon and the watchman, who took care of us and acted as translators, made calls etc.
