“Quiet stay Close to Nizwa”
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The place is close to the fabulous Oman Museum of All Ages. The price was very affordable

“Beyout guesthouse: simple, elegant and a best place in Nizwa”
The staff Issa, his honesty, clearity, housekeeping, and his behaviour. Cleanliness is awesome, it's as clean as your own house. Location is good and near to most of the places of sightseeing. Facilities are a bit mediocre but far more offered than the value of money. In fact, the kind of facilities and ambience is worth going again for this value of money.

“Perfect for this price. Clean and quiet.”
The owner is a really nice person. The room and toilet was very clean, the rubber wipe is a simple and clever way to keep the toilet clean and dry. Tea, coffee, fridge and hot water are available in the corridor. The rooms are simple, but that's OK. The price was really good compared to other objects in the area.

They tried to increase the cost of the booking. They didn't give me change. No towels provided. Instead of a toilet there is a hole in the floor, which is also a shower drain. Poorly cleaned. I don't recommend it.

“Pleasant stay in a nice local house.”
I liked especially a possibility of comfortable sitting in the yard of that nice house, with a pleasant wind. The owner was very kind and supplied us with water, tea and coffee. The house is not far from the "Oman across the ages" museum in Manah, which is really phantastic, We were there at night - I recommend it - to see the marvellous architecture shining.
