Great place to sleep at start of Camiño dos Faros. This 3* hotel is in reality 4* ! Very nice lovely decorated and very confortable room and bathroom. Very frienfly and helpful ladies at recepyion and breakfast. Hotel close to small beach and promenade to town. Highly recommand this hotel !

Charming hotel in Malpica and very close to the beach promenade. Very welcoming and everyone is nice. Cafeteria for breakfast is a la carte with variety of options and reasonable prices. Easy free street parking just right next to the hotel.

Comfortable, clean and friendly hotel situated very close to Malpica’s lovely surf beach seafront. Parking was free and just outside the entrance. The room was large and had a pleasant view of the green area behind the hotel through large windows. The traditional Spanish breakfast is available to order downstairs and it’s quieter and cooler to have it in the back patio garden area. Malpica has lost most of its old buildings but the esplanade is terrific when the surf is up and it’s fun to get a seafront table. They often have a great barbecue of sardines to take away - delicious! If the seafront is too busy, try the Pescador restaurant overlooking the port - has an authentic vibe.

We felt welcome from the start when we rang the hotel to get help with catching a bus from Santiago to Malpica. The lady on reception gave us excellent information and we eventually arrived. Lovely friendly staff, very comfortable room with a balcony looking down to the sea, very clean, beautiful garden and guests' sitting area, very accessible to the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we highly recommend this lovely hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Great location with a short walk to the promenade bar and restaurants. The room was clean spacious and quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had breakfast and very happy with what was offered. The hotel itself is beautifully furnished and with lovely features such as fresh flowers.

A very nice and comfortable hotel. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. After a very tasty breakfast we had a perfect start into our camiño.

Amazing hotel with superb breakfast, beautiful rooms, friendly staff, and a wonderful garden. A real peaceful oasis. Short, beautiful walk along the promenade to restaurants. Recommend 100%.

“Perfect start to the Camino de los faros”

Very spacious room. The whole family run hotel has been updated and in the bar in the evening a lot of guests stayed to watch the European cup final whilst the owner served drinks and food. Very friendly atmosphere. A number of walkers on the camino de los faros. A short walk to the centre of the village and sea front promenade.

Very friendly staff/ owners (5 siblings), very clean, very much detail to furniture and style. We had a great chat with one of the owners who told us a bit of the history the place. Very good breakfast also!
