Overview
Situated in front of a long white sandy beach, Plantation Island offers palm-fringed accommodation in Malolo Lailai’s blue lagoon. The resort features an outdoor pool and massage facilities. The typical ‘Bure’ bungalows of the Plantation Island Resort combine a traditional Polynesian décor with modern furnishings. Amenities include private bathrooms, air conditioning and a deck. Guests of the property can enjoy local food and seafood specialties and international dishes at the in-house restaurant. There are a variety of water sport facilities, from windsurfing to diving and snorkeling. A golf course is situated nearby. The staff of the Plantation Island Resort’s Tour Desk can assist in further discovering Fiji’s immaculate coral reefs and the islands of Nadi and Denarau. Plantation Island Resort is popular with families, however we also welcome groups, couples and single travellers

“Plantation Island Resort is an absolute kids paradise”
Plantation Island Resort is an absolute kids paradise. We had the best holiday with our kids and honestly felt like we could have stayed so much longer. We stayed in one of the new beachfront bures and it was perfect for our family. The kids slept so well, and waking up to the beautiful ocean view every morning was incredible. Sitting in the living room looking straight out to the water, relaxing in the hammock or beach chairs, and snorkelling right out the front made it feel so special. The staff are amazing and genuinely some of the loveliest people we’ve met. The nannies were beautiful with the kids and the whole resort has such a warm, happy vibe. The island is so big with so much to do that we never got bored. It was the perfect mix of relaxation and fun for the whole family. We can’t wait to come back.

Picture perfect every day! Have stayed a couple of times now, and is definitely our happy place. Beautiful location, staff is amazing, and plenty to do (or not) each day. Plenty of food options to suit all tastes, and always good quality.

These rooms are located in quad bungalows (4 units per bungalow). Each unit has a spacious studio living room. Studio Garden Bure
These modern studios are duplex style bungalows (2 units per bungalow). Surrounded by tropical gardens with easy access to resort facilities, each unit has its own veranda and an open plan spacious living area.
