Built in 1884 in Neo-Renaissance style, the impressive Maloja Palace can be found at the end of the Bergell Valley, 15 km from St. Moritz. Free WiFi is available. Some units are located in the Club House annex building, 50 metres from the main building. You have direct access to the cross-country ski runs right at the doorstep, and the Piz Aela ski slopes are reachable on foot.

“Nice but …”
We had a Junior Suite. Great space but living area too crammed once the sofa bed was open. Kitchen well equipped. Bathroom spotless and main bedroom simple and large in size. Good cleaning as we opted for extra cleaning option. Clean sauna. Great concept of self caterina in a beautiful historical building and location is lovely.

We liked the location. The room was large with an excellent view. Parking was easy just in the front of the hotel.

“Fancy quiet place to stay at”
Fair value-for-money given most properties were booked up for the weekend. Loved the grandeur of the Belle Epoque Hotel. Couches everywhere! And the stairs, wow! Bed was comfortable too. The mobile heater was thoughtful as the rooms are chilly.

Beautiful grand hotel. Lovely decor and furnishings. Warm, comfortable room. Very quiet. Comfortable bed. Great location for nearby hikes and good bus connections. Had a lovely relaxing stay here.

Nice place, great lounges, good food and friendly staff. Even though we went kind of off-season, everything was well organised and clean. It was actually nice that it was not so busy in the area.

The chap on reception was charming, so informative and shared some great tips for our very short visit. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and a real authentic Swiss palace, so much history and the rooms are beautiful. We were given a room with a south facing balcony and the views were absolutely spectacular. Our favourite stop on out 18 day road trip for sure!

The staff was super nice and communicative to each message we sent. Traveling through Swiss you can't miss this if yo are nearby. In summer September it was nearly empty, which allowed me to work in the lobby in an amazing environment. Wifi was super strong in both the Room and the Lobby. Everything was super clean. The scenery in early morning, when sunrise combines with fog, is absolutely breathtaking.
