Very beautiful hotel, with self catering residence and option of dining room if one wants to eat in. The staff are very friendly, approachable and very helpful. The place is very clean and the rooms were spacious, looked clean and newly renovated.

The hotel was reserved for group of religious people who came to pray and practice whole days and nights and hotel was occupied by them. Normally, such a religious group, has own restrictions that effect to other guest of hotel. The food and arrangement has to follow as per standards of such a religious guests. It is better for hotel to avoid accepting more normal guest when hotel reserved for such a purpose. Must pay extra to clean the rooms even if you stay longer period which is not a fair practice. No room service.

We had a 2-bedroom room with a kitchenette. It was refurbished and nice enough.

I liked the location because you can go directly to the skitrack on the lake. It is a quiet place in the middle of the nature. The Maloja Palace has a lot of common seating areas which is nice to relax.

Lovely location - right next to cross country skiing slopes, snowshoe walking trails and so close to St. Moritz if you want some extra fun. Rooms were spacious, very clean. Staff super kind in taking the time to give us tips on where to go cross country skiing and snowshoe walking. The place an old time charm feeling.

I liked this hotel very much. A piece of history. Hotel is beautiful with awsome surroundings in good location 20 minutes by car from St. Moritz and not far from Italian border. Interior is like name indicates Palace and I have only few times felt like this inside any place where I had stayed in past. I highly recomend this place. Very comfortable bed. Big room. Nice saunas.

“Not good value for money/staff rude!”

Bed bugs - confirmed by hotel and pictures. Carpets very dirty. Breakfast over priced- very ordinary (not a wide selection for price) and bread stale/old. Staff very rude. Any request was greeted with rudeness (except the male manager who was very helpful and polite).

The location of the hotel was very nice. Close to the lake and the center. The apartment was very nice,the kitchenette was well equipped. Good beds and the breakfast was good too.
