We call them numeros times, and no one pick up the phone,check in was in 15:00h and we travel from Croatia and that trip was 8 hour drive. While driving to St moritz,and in the city we called them 30 times and no body pickup the phone,they leave us out ,and on cold... Want full refund...

“if you get the chance get the top room second floor but have to reserve as only 3 double rooms👍”
