Lack of communication from the owners especially after experiencing a bad welcome from the staff. There was one lady in particular who was very discriminating as she mentioned "people spend hundreds of thousands for their stay there and that our few thousands didn't mean anything". I reached out via call and messages to the owners in regard to this there was no response at all. Worst of all they seemed to have let our booked apartment to other people and had the audacity to tell us to go wait outside the gate as they clean - further discrimination. This was a very bad and poor way to treat anyone!! If you're a local tourist they tend to look down upon you.

“The stay was lovely and homely.”
Everything was perfect. The beach is clean and 5 minute walk. The staff are very friendly and professional. We enjoyed Chef Anderson’s food. Our beds and pm’s were straightened and cleaned daily. The pool is clean and enjoyable. My friends and I enjoyed House 7.

Review Title: Extremely Disappointing Stay – Health Risk and No Hotel Accountability We booked a villa at this resort for April 12–16, 2026. On the very first night, there were extensive electricity cuts. Staff informed us that the backup generator was broken and could not be repaired during our stay. This was not only inconvenient but dangerous: I relies on a CPAP machine for sleep apnea, and without electricity my health was put at serious risk. We had no choice but to relocate to another accommodation for the remaining three nights. Despite requesting a refund directly on site, the manager refused and told us to contact Booking.com, even though payment was made to the hotel. To make matters worse, once we informed staff that we were leaving, they began hanging out in our villa while we were still there — completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Booking.com has been supportive and offered partial compensation, but the hotel itself has never responded to our complaint or taken responsibility. Reliable electricity is a basic expectation, especially at a property of this calibre, and the lack of communication and accountability is shocking. I strongly advise future guests to avoid this hotel

The staff were quite friendly. They linked us to many activities that we did including snorkeling, a visit to the sand dunes and a lot more. Location is close to a public beach, but you have to pay KWS to access the beach.

Villas and surrounding area is exactly as shown in the pictures. It is super clean, Maria took absolutely excellent care of us. Pool is fantastic, although some insects float around.
