“very unprofessional host. very rude”
owner is very rude. decided to not confirm booking then goes ahead to increase the fee after we have traveled 509km only to meet a rude host who says he doesn’t know what we will do he can’t check us in. very unprofessional. all this while they don’t pick their phones. 14missed calls
