Alexander and his team provided a wonderful ‘feel like home’ stay. I was very well looked after throughout with staff accommodating my gluten allergy. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. Within a few minutes walk across the road, there was access to a lovely stretch of beach.

The hotel has a peaceful, homely atmosphere that’s perfect for families looking to relax and enjoy Malindi. The staff were incredibly helpful, always available whenever we needed anything. Their friendliness and warm service really stood out. A special shout-out to Alexander, honestly the best host we’ve ever had—attentive, kind, and always making sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The swimming pool was great, and our kids absolutely loved it. They even enjoyed supervised late-evening swimming, which was one of the highlights of their holiday. The hotel felt safe, well-managed, and very family-friendly. Overall, Hotel Villa Malindi exceeded our expectations. We loved our stay and would definitely return. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Malindi!

Everything. The hotel is in a great location, in a peaceful area near to the beach. The buildings and the gardens are beautiful, and the service is fabulous. This is how hotels used to be in days gone by - absolutely everything has been thought about to ensure the comfort and well-being of customers, and Alex and his team are doing an exemplary job. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough, and shall be returning.

The property is 15 minutes from Malindi airport so our drive to and from the airport when arriving and departing was a short drive.
