Great host! Super helpful, funny and nice guy. Location is pretty much in center. Supermarkets, restaurants, bars and clubs just a few minutes in walking distance.)

“Amazing 😍”
Amazing spacious studios with great amenities and fantastic host Nickos. The studio was located in the middle of Malia. 5 minutes walking distance to the main strip and old town but still nice and quiet with a comfy bed. Also only around 20 min walk from beautiful Potamos beach will definitely be back. Thank you for an amazing holiday and memories.

The best hotel you can find in Malia – perfectly located close to everything: restaurants, bars, public transport, the beach, and excursions. From arrival to departure, we felt truly welcomed. The 24/7 service is excellent, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. The pool area is beautiful and peaceful, with great service provided throughout the day. The rooms are clean, well-designed, and have a wonderful scent. They are also equipped with everything needed to prepare a simple meal. Housekeeping is done daily to a very high standard, which made our stay feel safe and comfortable. I can highly recommend Sunshine Studios – a fantastic place to stay in Malia! A big thanks to Nikos!!🙏🏽

“7 star hospitality”
Nickos gave 7 star hospitality. Always going above and beyond would give more stars if it was possible even on the last day allowed us access to shower as we had a late flight. Apartments were in perfect location two minutes walk from the strip but quite at night. Rooms were lovely and very clean

“Perfect location and nice apartment room for a medium length stay in Malia”
The apartment was really easy to find when we arrived. The host was really welcoming. The room was spacious and we had a kitchen top with utensils. Towels were provided and the bedsheets were regularly changed. The location is very convenient to access the beach and old town. Really recommend for any one travelling to Malia as a couple or in a group.

Host was exceptional, couldn’t have done enough for us, showed us the best beaches, restaurants and guided us on the best places to rent transport. The rooms were modern and cleaned to a high standard everyday. Couldn’t recommend enough 😀.
