I had a wonderful stay at Pyrgos Blue and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday in Crete. The location is peaceful and offers beautiful views, perfect for unwinding away from the busy tourist areas. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The atmosphere of the hotel feels very friendly and welcoming, which makes you feel at home right away. The staff were kind, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. You can tell they really care about their guests’ experience. Overall, Pyrgos Blue is a great choice for couples or anyone who wants a quiet and enjoyable stay with good service and a relaxing vibe. I would happily come back again.

amazing family run boutique hotel in a perfect location! We loved our room with breath taking views facing the beach and sea. We had our private whirlpool, simply perfect & the bed was super comfy and we even loved the pillows (we are super picky). Shower A+ (rain showed), nespresso coffee machine, fridge, lovely design, black out night curtains, very spacious… lovely owners family (they love what they do, lovely!!) and people working there and you can enjoy the pool, a cocktail or local wine as well as some delicious food if you don’t fancy going out. The old town is like 12-15min away (walking), the main road like not even 8-10min. We totally plan on coming back, 10 out of 10 ABSOLUTELY DESERVED. Thanks so much for having us!

“The best hotel in Malia”

Very nice hotel modern and fully equipped. Each room is large and has a wide terrace and see view! Location is great, directly on the beach without road nearby: so it is a beautiful spot, quiet but close to Malia city center and restaurant . Evangelistos and his parents are fabulous guests, warm, friendly and happy to dispenses best advices in the area. Really one of the best hotel in Malia beach with affordable price and great food possibilities.

Perfect location near beach and tavernas. Close to party strip but far enough away it is peaceful. Staff and restaurant were amazing. Rooms were beautiful with views of ocean. Best of all they let us stay at the hotel until 3pm to use pool and towels as we had a late flight.

Nice location, away from the noisy part of Malia, nice people, very careful with their guests, other guests nice (not many british or german people like in the rest of Malia) fresh beach towels every day, nice a-la-carte breakfast and many choices, directly at the beach, free parking, ten minutes walk to the old town with nice restaurants. Big pool are, no people "reserving" sunbeds.

“Quiet, relaxing and high quality hotel”

Beautiful hotel with every attention to detail from the owners. Although it was near to Malia town centre, it was quiet and peaceful which was just what we wanted. The furnishings in the rooms were beautiful. The food in the restaurant was exceptional. Manos, Tula and their family were wonderful hosts and made sure our stay was exactly what we wanted.

Was there with my daugther...Hotel is not to big, wonderful pool and chilling atmosphere...right at the beach and only 15 minutes walkd to the center. People are super friendly and relaxt too.

The property was very attractive, on the beachfront but away from the busy resorts yet close to the wonderful old town. Facilities were very clean, comfortable and rooms felt like home. The swimming pool and gardens were lovely and provided a quiet space for reflection and relaxation. The staff and hosts provided personal service and were extremely responsive and willing to please and help us. We felt cared for and would definitely return due to the quality of all that was provided.

A charming little hotel. Very friendly service. I enjoyed the jacuzzi on the balcony, which offered a beautiful view of the sunset.

“Superb”

The property is in the immediate vicinity of the town of Malia. In fact, the beach in Malia is 1 minute away on the seashore, and on the road you can reach Malia in about 3 minutes. But unlike the locations in Malia, this it is quiet. The property is right on the seashore. It has a pool that even has a small jacuzzi and also a children's pool. There is also a bar/restaurant by the pool, where you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner or just a beer or coffee. But what is surprising are the studios. Equipped with a fridge, coffee machine and water heater, they are interestingly organized and furnished with very good taste. They have a toilet and a spacious shower cabin in different rooms. The bed is very comfortable. Each studio has a large terrace, with a table and chairs as well as 2 sunbeds. All studios have sea view. Cleaning is provided daily and towels are also changed daily. The hosts are extremely kind. Overall, I simply have nothing to complain about. It's probably the best location I've ever stayed at in Greece.

The Pyrgos blue is located in a quiet and beautiful area, sorrounded by the see. Walking distance you can access to sandy beach or rockside, there is plenty to choose. The most beautiful time of the day is sunset time, Pyrgos blue is the place to be for that. We did not have a car but within walking distance we could reach Malia where you can find supermarkets, bars and restaurant. the most typical restaurants are located in the old city (also reachable walking distance) however Pyrgos blue offer a good menu also to stay in for some food and snack and we really liked it! A big thank you to the owners which were very friendly and ensure we had a great stay. We had a ground floor room with the pool and sea view, we could hear the waves ,it was incredible!

Malia is an horrible place, with Quads every where, over construction, no charm what so ever, the hotel is looking at a unfinished building next to it, giving the feeling of being on a construction site…

“The Best Hotel for a Holiday in Malia”

A peaceful area, a lovely hotel, and a wonderful atmosphere – definitely our favorite place to stay! The hotel grounds are well designed: you can lounge by the pool or enjoy the greenery near the sea, and there are plenty of sunbeds for everyone. Everything is kept spotlessly clean – our room was cleaned daily. The rooms are modern and comfortable, equipped with everything you might need (hairdryer, iron, tableware). The room we chose was more spacious than usual, which made our stay especially pleasant. The air conditioning worked quietly, and the terrace offered a fantastic view of the beach. The hosts were very kind and helpful, giving us great recommendations for our stay – we are truly grateful for that! The on-site restaurant served a good and varied selection of food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Malia town is only a short walk away, and there are also various sandy beaches near the hotel. A truly wonderful hotel for a relaxing holiday! I already want to go back :)

Beautiful location overlooking the sea. Authentic hotel with clean modern rooms. Ten minute walk along the beach to Malia Lovely family run business. Food in the onsite restaurant was lovely, we were only there for 3 days but could have easily stayed longer. Pool area directly overlooks the sea. If you’re looking for a calm, relaxing place to stay with beautiful sunsets then this is the place to go. Will definitely be returning.

Beautiful sea view! Very convenient with the restaurant and bar being right by the pool. We had a gorgeous dinner with a spectacular sunset. We left feeling nourished!
