Dear Mila Malia Management, Having spent a very short transit night in your hotel on our way between a very late landing at Heraklion airport and our traditional holiday destination of Plakias I and my lady have to express thanks for your unexpected hospitality. We did not want to drive out rented car too far in the middle of the night and Mila Malia provided a shelter exactly as it was needed. Our stay was short and our room was small indeed, however, we were dutifully expected till 2AM and warmly welcome both during our very late check-in and during our farewell breakfast. I stayed in Mila Malia studios for 11 days with my partner. Everything about this accommodation was exceptional, from cleanliness, hospitality, location and the general beauty of the hotel. The breakfast provided was delicious, very fresh Greek traditional food. The rest of the menu throughout the day was 10/10 also. The gyro plate was my favourite dish there and I thought they made the best one out of all the places I had been in malia (so fresh). The staff (Manos, Oti and Faidon) were unbelievably welcoming and accommodating. The rooms were always clean and lovely to spend time in. The cocktails were amazing. Such a beautiful bar and hotel, a great vibe throughout. I will without a doubt, being going back again next year!

“Overnight stay”

Perfect location, clean hotel. The host is a nice person, friendly, fair and very orientiet to customers. You will never face a problem. Breakfast is nice enough, but it could be more various during longer stays. In the hotel bar are great cocktails!

We had a great time! Everything was perfect. The host and the staff were amazing, friendly and professional. Our room looked just like the pictures and was cleaned regularly. The beach is a 5 min walk from the hotel and there are a lot of shops, bars and restaurants near the hotel. 10/10 would recommend and hopefully we will come back next year! Love from Serbia🥰❤️

Everything was great - the hotel is close to the town centre and the beach, the room had everything we needed and the staff was really friendly.

Loved all the people working there; the wonderful chef greeting us every morning, the sweet cleaning personnel, the bartender who always waved to the kids, and the fantastic owner who surprised the kids with chocolates in the mornings, always smiled, and never sleeps. They made this place feel like home away from home <3

Apartments were clean and comfortable. The staff and management were very friendly. Mr Fedon was brilliant and took care of us.

“Great mediteranean atmosphere”

Great location, close to beach, supermarkets, clubs . The hotel is very traditional, you have a kitchenette to use and in front of the room there are plenty of flowers and plants giving you a very special mediteraneean vibe. The staff is very helpful, friendly and they make you feel like home.

Great family room very comfortable with a split floor with bedroom up stairs. A lovely bathroom with nice walk-in shower. The owner left us some water in the fridge & also fruit on our arrival. The bar area was very nice with local premium beer. The owner was very proud of his apartments & bar we also thought it was a fantastic find close to the beach & bar street. Thanks for the stay & would definitely stay in the future 👌

Mila studio hotel was very cute. It has a very nice bar with a great atmosphere. Fedon's cocktails were legendary. It is very close to the sea, the surrounding area is full of restaurants and markets. The beds are very comfortable, the breakfast is filling and everything was very fresh.

Perfect stay for our group, the staff were so accommodating and the property was in the perfect location. The owner also provided things such as an umbrella for the beach and stuff which enabled us to cook which we really appreciated! Overall this hotel was just right for our needs and there was a lovely bar out front. It really had everything, highly recommend.

Fedon and the rest of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is excellent in terms of access to all the local amenities, nightlife, beaches, and activities. Plenty of fantastic places to eat and drink nearby, and the downstairs bar area is lovely. Live jazz on the Monday night was also a nice surprise.

“Fantastic discovery”

First of all, for me the feedback is 6 stars but 5 is the maximum. I do a summary of each point: - location and building: it is a completely rebuilt structure with great style and attention to details. The flat (N5) was confortable and there was all the necessary. Only one detail : there isn't a light point in the kitchen area and at night it is not very comfortable when you cook. - Bar and breakfast: this hotel's strenght is the bar area with an incredible choice of drink, maked with big experience and professionality. For me, the best cocktails  I've ever tasted. Breakfast area is large, sourrounded by plants, comfortable and with soft music -  dinner and events: there are differents event during the week, like jazz music, greek music, barbecue night and they are so great. The quality of the meat (for the barbecue event) is very high and the price is excellent for the quality and quantity of food -Staff: last but don't least. The owner is a very lovely person (Feidon); we have chatted with him, we have drunk together and He suggested very interesting place to visit or to eat out. He become for us a friend to respect. We will miss him. His staff is very professional, young and they pay attention to every detail. Always with a smile and ready for all your requests. The barman...is the master of cocktails and very stylish guy We have spent a beautiful holidays also thanks to this hotel, this staff and with our dear Feidon. Sincerly, we wish you the best because you have the passion for this job and a big humanity. Absolutely suggested!!

“Excellent location, great accommodation and friendly staff”

Fedon, the owner of the hotel was very welcoming to me and my four friends. We arrived late in the early hours of the morning and he was waiting for us and checked us in. It was a great experience for myself and my friends on our first holiday abroad. Very pleased with the hotel, location, staff and Fedon went the extra mile to make sure that we were well looked after. Would highly recommend this hotel and we are planning to go back again next year.
