Very modern and clean large rooms especially the suite, lovely sized pool and pool are with sunbeds and recliners for your leisure. Private entrance to your flat makes it feel like you are at home. These are very modern rooms with AC and a lovely balcony with a view of the cretan mountains.

The property was very new, clean and tidy, quiet area and loved being very close to the old town. And closer enough to everywhere. Staff were all so friendly and helpful. Just amazing holiday.

“Lovely hotel in old town”

Staff was very friendly. Hotel is newly build, located in the old town. Supermarket across the street. We liked the location of the hotel, 5 minutes walk and we had lovely restaurants at our doorstep. Big Pool area and very clean and lots of beds available. Our suite was very spacious with 2 balconies. Lounge area enormous, but bathroom very small comparing to the rest.

Really great location, super friendly stuff, they did everything we needed to have a pleasant stay. They even welcomed us with gifts for our toddler (that were super appreciated during our stay) and a bye bye gift as well. As our flight back was early in the morning, they helped us with some to go breakfast. The pool is nice, the location is great, close to supermarket and super good restaurants. Super thoughtful owners and stuff, we truly enjoyed it, really recommend!

Absolutely loved our stay at Meramaglia Hotel – we can't recommend it enough. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The apartment was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped – we especially appreciated the handy little fridge. The air conditioning was excellent, with units in both the bedroom and the living room, keeping us perfectly comfortable throughout our stay. The pool area was a true highlight – always clean, never crowded, and with fresh towels provided daily, labeled for your room. There was always a free sunbed to relax on, and the pool bar was fantastic, offering a wide variety of tasty food and refreshing drinks. The meals were delicious, but what really stood out was the incredible staff. Everyone was so welcoming and kind, making us feel truly at home. A very special thank you to Maria at the pool bar – her warm personality and attentive service made our evenings unforgettable. We’ll never forget how she remembered our regular order: Two beers and a lemon slushy :-) Breakfast was another high point – freshly made and thoughtfully organized. The system of pre-ordering the day before worked smoothly and helped minimize food waste, which we really appreciated. In short, our experience at Meramaglia Hotel was simply wonderful. The location is perfect too – just a short walk to the charming old town. We’d return in a heartbeat!

The best hospitality I've received in my entire Greece vacation. Rooms were excellent, clean and had everything I needed. The place smelled great, the pool was nice, food was good, location was walkable to the several party places near the beach. The staff were a family and you can see how much they cared about everything. Really delightful hospitality.

The pool area was incredibly relaxing, and not over crowded. Due to the number of rooms in the hotel, the pool area was unable to become incredibly busy. It led to a truly relaxing experience. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and quiet.

Everything was perfect from the very beginning: staff very polite, met us with welcome homemade lemonade, very good apartment with kids with separate room, cleaning staff also very polite and did very good job every day, very comfortable beds and pillows. Good selection of breakfast, also drinks, snacks and food. Pool was big and amazing, nice view to mountains. Efcharisto to all the members: Andriana, Ari, Maria, Aleksandra, Johnny and all others ;) perfect stay and we will come back ;)
