“A true gem in Malia”

Drossia Palms is absolutely amazing. We stayed there for 10 days and loved every minute of it. Sophia is a wonderful host who made us feel so welcome. The rooms are spacious and clean, and we even had an incredible view from our room.

The hotel is very stylish, with a lovely pool area and helpful, friendly staff. We were able to check in 2h earlier and also check out was extended 2h. Poolbar with Drinks & Snacks during Poolhours available. Rooms are modern and clean, daily new Towels and room cleaning. The location is okay; the beach and Malia village are just a short walk away.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, especially the lady with the dark red hair, she was always so kind and helpful with a big smile. The cleaning staff were also very friendly and caring. Every day they came by to ask if we needed anything like toilet paper or fresh towels, which made us feel very comfortable and well taken care of. The hotel itself was beautiful, very clean, and well maintained. Another big plus was the location. the beach was only a 3-minute walk away, which was perfect. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others!

“Amazing”

We had such a lovely stay at this hotel and couldn’t recommend it more. The hotel was spotless, beautifully maintained, and everywhere was lovely to look at. Every single member of staff was so friendly, welcoming and helpful — nothing was ever too much to ask, and they were always happy to help with anything we needed. An even bigger highlight for us was Nisos Beach, where we spent most of our time because of how amazing the staff were. They made us feel so comfortable and ensured we always had a great time. A special mention to Stellios, Alex and the twins on the beach who really made our experience unforgettable. We will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you for such an amazing stay! “I'm glad I choose this hotel”

Family run hotel, which has been in business for 48 years. Perfect location with a short path to the beach. And super close to the strip with the bars and shops. The hotel staff were professional and kind. I arrived way before check in (3pm), they allowed me to check in early which was a blessing. My room was cleaned and made up daily. The super king bed was so comfortable. The pool set up is great with loungers, palm trees, bar and music. The family are building a new bar extention which should be completed later this year. Breakfast is available daily at a small fee. The hotel is connected to Nisos Suites and Nisos Beach, 1 minute walk away you do need to pay for a lounger on the beach, but its worth it and a little further along there is a 'free beach' if need be. Again, staff at Nisos Beach were amazing, I travelled solo and they looked after me well. So much so I would love to rebook for later in the season.

This hotel exceeded expectations. The outdoor area is nicely decorated with beautiful plants and trees and the pool is very refreshing (not heated) The room was large and modern and the bed is comfortable and the balcony is very nice to use in the morning. We could not hear anything during the night from the nightlife. The staff are all helpful and friendly.

Property was beautiful, especially at night! The pool & sunbeds surrounded by palm trees really adds to the exotic atmosphere. My room was also gorgeous in person - the pictures don’t do it justice. It also came with a jacuzzi and sunbed

“Nothing at all to complain about”

Very clean and very quiet while among all the bars and restaurants. A nice 10 mins walk to old town 15 to port and 2mins to beach.

“Beautiful hotel”

The Hotel is beautiful in a great location only a few hundred meters from the beach ( not beacfront as stated on booking.com) The rooms are lovely. Shower great, and plenty of storage. The bed is large and comfy, the staff, especially the women behind the bar, and the young man who worked in the bar at night were friendly and the service was great. The rooms were cleaned daily, and the entire hotel was spotless.

Drossia Palms Hotel was great . Very clean, comfortable king size bed & good pillows . Staff are fantastic & friendly always smiling & very helpful . Great breakfast & staff went out of their way to get me lactose free milk which was greatly appreciated. Hotel situated just off the main street with great restaurant’s & cafes lots of atmosphere at night . Nisos beach & beach club very close . Old town also walking distance . Highly recommend this wonderful hotel .
