“Arrogant stuff. The last things they focus on are the guests.”
Many ants everywhere in the room. They couldnt manage to issue an invoice with my company name written on it as the buyer. The story is even more sad knowing that I wrote to them my invoice request at the time of booking, and the hotel in short time give me positive answer. After arriving to the hotel things changed. During my stay I had to beg for an invoice... Ridiculous!!!

“Nice facilities, but too much of a party vibe”
The property had a nice pool. I lived on the third floor in room 309 - nice and private and away from all the noise. The toilet was newly renovated and the room was well equipped.

“Budget friendly hotel with pool and breakfast”
Location of the property is very good. You can easily take a bus from Heraklion Airport to Malia. Then, hotel is in walking distance from the bus station.

“Fabulous hotel to enjoy Malia on a budget!”
Koula is the receptionist and she makes you feel very welcome and will help you with anything you need during your stay. Eva is a wonderful lady who looks after you during breakfast, she's so attentive and goes out of her way to assist you as well. Breakfast was nice, varied and plentiful. The pool area was absolutely lovely and well looked after. Hotel location was great as you're close to everything on the strip but far enough not to be bothered by noises from the nightclubs and bars right on the strip. I recommend this hotel to anyone. Great value for money in every way!

“Very nice!”
The hotel was very nice. It's close to the main strip but you could still not here any noise from outside. The pool was good, but there are not that many sunbeds so you have to be early. The food and the cocktails they served were really good. However the receptionist Koula was our favorite thing about this stay! She is so friendly and nice. I would return just to meet her again.

“Good value for your money in perfect location”
Very good location near all bars and restaurants but in a very calm street. There is completely no noise around the hotel, even not at the hotel bar. The hotel is modern and clean. The pool is very nice.
