Amazing location. Staff are incredibly friendly. In front of the beach! And probably I would say one of the best beach spots in Malia. Totally family-friendly hotel. 100% recommended, will surely come back.

The rooms were simple, modern and clean, comfy bed and nice bathroom! The beach is next to the pool and they have there own food and drinks available. The town you could walk to and the staff were friendly and chatty! Crete is stunning

I had the absolute pleasure of staying at this hotel, and it was nothing short of perfect. The location is unbeatable, right on the beach, with breathtaking views that made every morning feel magical. The atmosphere is both relaxing and welcoming, creating the ideal setting for a memorable holiday. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the staff. Every single person we met went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, always with a smile and genuine kindness. I’ve stayed in many places before, but I can honestly say I have never encountered a team this dedicated and attentive. A very special mention must go to the manager, Lula. She is simply extraordinary, warm, professional, and incredibly thoughtful. Lula made us feel not just like guests, but like family, and her attention to detail ensured that our stay was flawless from start to finish. If you are looking for the perfect combination of a dream location, world-class hospitality, and a team that truly cares, this is the place. I cannot recommend it highly enough and I can’t wait to come back!

“Great holiday had by all and can recommend for all walks of life.”
Location is great, 30 mins from the airport and has its own pool and section of beach to use. Very clean, room turn down every day with clean sheets and towels. Pool bar / restaurant also very good for snacks through the day.

“Convenient beachfront hotel”
Exceptional daily housekeeping and amazing location just a few steps away from the sandy beach with crystal clear water and comfortable loungers. Hotel offers free parking for guests and has quick wifi and a pool, bar and ATM on site. The hotel is at walking distance from the city center of Malia and Stalis (great for digestive walk) and there are multiple eateries and supermarkets within a few minutes. Shoutout to fact that you can request services (such as extra toilet paper!) via the tv and to all the friendly staff who are also open to feedback.
