Fantastic location and felt very upmarket

The resort is perfect for families, the children had a great time in the pools and on the beach. The location was excellent with many restaurants and stores in easy walking distance. The beach and the bar. Wow. The water sports were also awesome, a really nice family holiday experience all round.

Close to the beach and the city. 15 mins walk to the bus stop to Heraklion airport. Clean and cosy. Friendly staff.

Staff was really nice. The room were really clean and equipped with a lot of appliances that makes your stay even more comfortable. They are there for you 24/7 and help you with every problem that you may face. Beach next to the resort is very beautiful and sandy with a lot of sun beds available. Food was good with a lot of traditional greek food to other cultures.

The location was great, staff was friendly, and hotel food was enjoyable. The pools were quiet during the day so you can swim quite privately.

Great location right on the beach and fairly quiet in the main. Rooms are comfortable although some a bit small and the air con was not working in one room. Breakfast was fine.

We had two deluxe rooms. The rooms were modern and well equipped, especially the bathroom. Air conditioning was included in the price, which is always appreciated. We had half-board, which wasn’t what we were necessarily after, but it was still cheaper than other hotels in Crete which only did B&B or self-catering. Breakfast was fine, although may not meet expectations for fussier guests. Same with the evening meals; no complaints although some might grumble about lack of choice or repetition.

The location is excellent: right in front of the beach and one step away from the avenue where shops and restaurants are.

Good location, clean, small room but for that price is soo goood. If you want to stay more than 3/4 nights I recommend bigger room, because our was so small, but we were here just for 2 nights. You have good dinner and breakfast, but for dinner machines for drinks and water don’t work, they put it off, so you have to buy, but it’s not expensive anyways.
