Located at the Sveti Martin Bay in Mali Lošinj, Apartments Katja provides accommodation units with a kitchen and a balcony or terrace. The beach can be reached within a 2-minute walk and the city centre is 700 metres away. A sofa bed and a dining area are standard in all units, as well as the air conditioning. Free high speed Wi-Fi is available in all rooms. Guests can use Apartments Katja’s barbecue facilities and spend time on the terrace or in the garden. In 200 metres distance, typical Croatian restaurants, bars and a market can be found. The scenic Čikat Beach can be reached within a 2-minute drive and the Cres Ferry Port is 55 km away from the guest house. The Lošinj Bus Station is at a distance of 700 metres, while a small airport is located at a distance of 5 km. Rijeka Airport is 105 km away. Shuttle service can be arranged upon previous request and at a surcharge.

“Awesome 🌟”
I stayed with Katja for a week in December on a beautiful island Lošinj. She is a very caring and helpful host and I highly recommend her apartment for a very comfortable stay. The views are stunning, I loved waking up to the view of the sea. Apartment is very clean and well equipped with everything you might need, bed is very comfortable. Location is great as you can easily walk to the beach, town or supermarket. I would like to come back one day 💛

“Fantastic apartment and super hostess”
I know it is a cliche but it really did feel like home as it is so comfortable. Katja is super nice and so helpful. She left us cold drinks and snacks on arrival which we appreciated coming off the ferry where the food is awful and overpriced. The cleanliness can’t be faulted (and I am fussy) There is everything you need in the kitchen from Pots and pans and to salt, pepper, little oil and vinegar. Short walk to the beach and into the city centre. See the photos of sunsets from the apartment. Wonderful.

“All you need for a comfortable stay in beautiful Lošinj”
Wonderful apartment, the view from the bedroom window is amazing. Apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the host Katja is super nice and helpful. They also let me use an easier parking nearby, even though you can parallel park right in front of the place (if you’re not bad at parking like me). Very close to the beach and also walking distance to the city. I had a lovely stay!

Very nice hosts, meeting us and explaining everything (living in the same house). Location is not in the center, few minutes of walk from it, but it has groceries, restaurants and beach nearby.

Accommodation is located near the beach of St. Martin and 15 minutes walk from the center of Male Losinj. Parking is free on the street in front of the house.

“Excellent holiday apartment”
Wow! Katja and Stef were great hosts, from the moment we arrived to Mali Lošinj to our departure. The ground-floor apartment is spacious, with a kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and separate living room (which worked as a second bedroom). The whole property was immaculately clean. There were plenty of towels, and cooking essentials in the kitchen. The beds were comfortable. The outside seating area was nice. Air conditioning was a bonus in the peak of the summer heat. A beautiful beach is only 5 minutes walk away, and Mali Lošinj city centre is a 15 minute gentle stroll away.

“Lovely apartment with great hosts, a place to go again.”
The hosts were super helpful, ready with maps to show us where we were and how to get to the beach, shopping and restaurants and the old town. All in walking distance. The apartment was well equipped and had a lovely outside space for sitting or eating. There even was a bath and a shower plus a washing machine.
