The location is very good, close to the sea and there are many stores nearby, the train station is 20 minutes walk. The reception and the restaurant staff is very nice and helpful. They clean the rooms every day.

The place is clean, staff very helpful, the happy team is always around to entertain you. There is parking available but there are plenty of street parking so we did not require to use a private oarking

The breakfast was pretty basic and had all the necessary stuff. As an celiac and lactose free I would've preferred if the items were marked down with allergies since even the staff seemed a bit confused what each item contained. However they had gluten free options available once asked.

Staff very friendly and always have a smile! Great location and food (breakfast was all I had) was good. Great value for money if you don’t spend all day in your hotel and like to explore. Definitely recommend!

It is located close to the Santa Susanna beach and there were lots of tourist visiting.

“Most enjoyable”

From the time we arrived the staff were very helpful. The room was lovely with a new bathroom and decent sized balcony with a sea view. The hotel is in the middle of Malgrat / Santa Susanna and is very well placed. Outside space was nice. The food was good.

Savršeno sve. Ispred hotela odmah se nalazi podzemni prolaz ispod pruge za plažu. Mi smo imali pogled na more koji je presavršen. Svako jutro se soba čisti, kupatilo, novi peškiri. Doručak je naravno švedski sto. Raznovrstan. Jako puno peciva, jaja u svim opcijama, sirevi, šunke, pahuljice, slanina, sok, voda, mlijeko. Svi lj ljubazni. Primaju kartice za plaćanje što je jako bitno.

I would like to express my deepest gratitude and warmest feelings to the girl Eugenia, who worked at the reception - further proof that no stars determine anything - I ended up in a room where neither the air conditioner nor the TV worked, and the surroundings turned out to be, to put it mildly, strange - Eugenia not only changed the room, but provided the best room for rest - once again, a huge human thank you to her

Returned to this hotel since 1997😅still the same, only little makeover from outside. I requested higher floor facing the mountains as the front and lower floor can get noisy. Generally I was happy with my stay , we had a half board, the breakfast was really good, but dinner’s little bit boring and to be honest the quality of food and choice went down after 28 years:( but for the price the hotel was good. I stayed 3 days and I think is enough, as the town and even sourounding towns don’t have much to offer. It’s better for very young people to enjoy discos or for groups/families they can find some nice evening programs in nearby hotels , sadly not in Cartago nova:( but for the money it was good, all staff very kind , hotel rooms cleaned every day:) 1,15 from Barcelona central by train, train station 20 min walk from hotel.

Great location, near the beach but also near the main road so it can be noisy even in the night. Staff was very nice and the food was delicious. In total, great value for the paid price.
