“Exceeded our expectations!!!”

The apartment was beautiful. I couldnt believe after reading all of the reviews how new and unused it looked. It was absolutely spotless, i would liken it to a showroom!! The apartment had everything we needed for our stay. Kitchen has all the necessary utensils and appliances. Extras like juicer, sandwich toaster and all necessary cleaning supplies, some toiletries (soaps, shower gels). The barbecue was a great touch for evenings we stayed in and a lovely balcony area to relax and enjoy our meals. Quiet neighbourhood and apartment block. We stayed as a family of 4 2 adults and 2 teens. Beds were very comfy. Great air conditioning in living room area and we also had great fans for the 2 bedrooms. 2 bathrooms so everyone had their own space. TV and cd player provided too. Extra chairs on the balcony and sunbeds. I especially loved how sound proof the apartment was. We could move around with ease without worrying about waking up the late sleepers. Even going up and down stairs. Honestly couldn't have asked for better accomodation. Our host was very helpful and thankfully we did not need to contact him during our stay but im sure would we have needed anything or had any questions he would have been more than happy to help. We were given a great tour at the start showing us around the apartment and general information about the area. All around amazing experience. There's a lovely little kind of gym area right outside the apartment. A cement sports court. 2 table tennis tables (need your own paddles/balls we bought for cheap in local shop). Less than 200 metres diagonal to our apartment is a little shop with all the basics, fresh baguettes and croissants out every morning. Carrefour and lidl around 1.5 km away. We walked there to do "main shop" but to take a taxi back with groceries was a bit expensive (we could only get uber so paid 23 euro) but we didn't research it enough im sure we could have gotten cheaper transport.

“Our stay was great”

The apartment was immaculately clean and everything is top quality, Joan is a brilliant host and easy to contact, this was our third time staying at the apartment. The beach and shops are just minutes walk away and bars and restaurants

Immaculately clean property which is well stocked. It's in a nice block in a quiet location. The flat is very spacious and the host is extremely friendly.

Joan is a wonderful friendly person. He met us at the front door and took us threw the apartment, showing us where everything is and explaining how the tv and radio system works. The rooms are spacious, the kitchen is well equipped and the feeling is like a home away from home. The beach is close by and the neighboring beaches can be reached by walking or by train. I will highly recommend this property!! Very luxurious and fit for a queen!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful rental apartment, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. The apartment's location is perfect. It’s in a peaceful neighborhood. I was struck by the impeccable cleanliness and tasteful decor. The owner has truly thought of everything to ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay. The living area was nice, adorned with cozy furniture, and filled with natural light. The kitchen was fully equipped with modern appliances and all the essentials one could need to prepare meals. The highlight of the rental was undoubtedly the balcony. It offered nice views of the surrounding area and the sea. Thank you for providing such a memorable and enjoyable stay!

Amazing apartments in a quiet green area. These apartments have absolutely *everything* you need or might need. From all possible kitchenware till coffee and drinking water supplies. Kitchen appliances are all there and of a great quality (Bosch mostly), great stove top! There are also very comfortable beds and pillows with extra ones if you need those. Super friendly host Joan welcomed us personally, showed us around and shared all the needed information about places nearby. Moreover, it felt like we were visiting friends or family - we were always cared for and Joan answered all our questions, sharing his personal favourite places to sightsee or have a lunch at. Apartments are shining clean and have private spacious terrace with beautiful plants and sun beds on it. Around the house there are lots of free parking places and it’s a small walking distance to the wide sandy beach, shops and various restaurants.
