Fantastic communication with the owner. Really lovely villa. Our flight home wasn't until 9pm and he let us stay later than the usual check out time for free. No charge. The villa is 500 metres from the main road that runs through Maleme. The owner will email you directions. Really secluded location. Nobody overlooking when we were by the pool. Off-road car parking enough for 3 or 4 cars. The kitchen is well equipped. Modern Swiss made oven and four ring hob. All the cutlery, utensils, crockery, mugs, glasses, Pyrex oven dishes, roasting tin etc. Can openers, bottle openers it's got the lot. Electric kettle, toaster, electric sandwich maker, coffee maker. No microwave but we managed without. The owner provided a bottle of washing up liquid, two teatowels and washing up sponges which was a nice touch. Living room has two large sofas with big flat screen TV and 260 satellite TV channels. Dining table and chairs. Bedrooms very comfortable. Three bathrooms. Toilet paper provided. Bottles of hand soap in each bathroom. Hand, bath and poolside towels provided. Excellent pool area with new sun loungers. Outdoor table with six chairs under a pergola. Large barbecue (the local supermarket Synka on Maleme main street sells big bags of bbq charcoal for about 6.50 Euros, firelighters, lighters etc. in the basement of the supermarket). About two miles in the opposite direction from the Synka supermarket is a large Lidl. Just stay on the same main road and it is just past the Shell petrol station. The villa has a washing machine which enabled us to do all the laundry before we got home. There are some clothes pegs there but you might want to take a pack with you if you're planning on doing laundry. We got bitten to death by mosquitos so take mossie repellent with you. We bought Raid room spray and a citronella candle for outside from Synka supermarket. Overall we were very impressed with Villa Palma. The owner is very nice and helpful.

,perfect villa in a beautiful privet location, spacious rooms, clean , equipped . the pool was clean and we enjoyed it so much. the air condition worked very good, and also the WiFi We loved it
