Overview
Featuring an outdoor pool and sunbathing terrace, Konaki offers self-catered apartments with free Wi-Fi and free parking. The family-owned hotel is located in the historical village of Maleme, only 250 metres from the beach. Each apartment has a private balcony and a barbecue for memorable nights around the pool. The traditional Konaki Apartments are air conditioned and come with a TV and kitchenette with fridge. The spacious apartments also include a seating area and a bathroom with hairdryer. At the quiet area of the pool you will be able to relax while you enjoy sunbathing. Laundry and tumble dryer facilities are available at the property's common room and may be used upon charge. There are shops, restaurants and cafes just a 5 minutes’ walk. Konaki Apartments are 16 km from Chania. The complex is ideally situated for a walk along the coast or a bike trip. Car rental service is also provided on site.

“Cute cozy apt, good for families”
We stayed 5 nights at Konaki Apartment. It’s a cute, cozy place with a very good price–performance ratio. The location is perfect if you plan to explore the west side of Crete — Maleme Beach is just a 5–6 minute walk away, and right across the street on the way there, we found the best pita sandwich in Crete at Grill House Restaurant! The staff was very responsive and kind — when we had a drainage issue on the first day, it was fixed very quickly. The small pool was a bit chilly in October, but it still added a lovely vacation vibe to the place. Overall, a comfortable, welcoming stay — great location, friendly service, and an unbeatable price.

“Lovely stay at Konaki!”
Typical Greek accommodation. Very nice, pleasant, and family-friendly. Spacious enough in the family room for a family of four. The day after our arrival (we arrived at night), Maria and Kostas' son came and welcomed us with raki and homemade cake. Wonderful people who genuinely cared about making sure we were comfortable. We’re so happy we chose Konaki Apartment. The rooms are cleaned daily, and bed linens and towels are changed every third day. The kitchen is well-equipped—more than enough to prepare small meals when you don’t feel like eating out. The pool area was fresh and inviting, with a pool large enough to truly enjoy. Just a few hundred meters down the road was the beach with the restaurant Menta. There, you could borrow sunbeds as long as you ordered drinks or lunch—very affordable and delicious food. The beach was a bit rocky, but once you step into the water, it’s all sand.

The staff/family is great, everybody was very nice for our family. Apartment was extremely clean, kitchen was freshly refurbished and had the basic amenities. The pool had nice cool water in the heat.

Very friendly staff, we got everything we expected, great atmosphere, just kind and warm people. The rooms have air conditioning and exceptional cleanliness. The kitchen equipment could be better, but with all the other advantages, it’s a minor detail. Good value for money. Excellent base for exploring the northern part of the island. A family business worth supporting!
