“Hidden gem for a memorable stay in Crete!”
Amazing staff, very attentive and welcoming, going above and beyond to make sure every guest is enjoying their stay. Shout out to Nick and Ava for making our holiday special. We enjoyed our spacious, fully equipped room with good AC, cosy balcony and comfortable bed. The pool area is amazing, feels very private as it's not facing roads or any other hotels. The pool itself is spacious and well maintained. We will definitely come back if we visit Crete again.

What a lovely staff team, really really pleasant and helpful absolutely couldn't do enough. Fabulous breakfast all so fresh and really tasty. Very comfortable and relaxing break with our dogs with us Excellent value for money...

Everything was perfect! The hotel was clean and welcoming, and all the staff were so friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable the whole time. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back!

The warm welcome, the excellent diner & very varied breakfast. Excellent location to combine chania with west coast of the island. The hotel really is the perfect relaxing point, great pool bar, good rooms and people who really care.

Excellent stay — a welcoming hotel in every sense I stayed at Futura Hotel for 3nights and I was genuinely impressed. The apartment was clean, spacious, and well equipped, with two private balconies overlooking a beautiful garden full of exotic plants and palm trees 🌴the atmosphere was calm and refreshing. The hotel was welcoming in every sense: not only was the space well maintained, but the staff were truly kind, warm, and helpful throughout the stay. You can really feel the family-run spirit behind it, which adds a lot of charm and comfort. To be honest, I was quite skeptical at first, because I had read a very negative review online before booking. But after my stay, I realized that the review was far from realistic — more like a personal attack than an objective description. My experience was the exact opposite: pleasant, relaxed, and positive in every aspect. I didn’t eat dinner at the hotel, but the breakfast was generous and well curated, with a good mix of sweet and savory options, all fresh and nicely presented. The pool area was clean and peaceful, with sunbeds always available. The location is quiet but well connected, just a short walk to the beach and with a bus stop right in front of the hotel — ideal for reaching Chania or other areas. In short, great value for money, and a perfect base to relax or explore western Crete. I would absolutely stay here again, and I highly recommend it especially to those who might have doubts like I did. You’ll be pleasantly surprised

“A fabulous relaxing stay”
Enjoyed my morning swim in the lovely pool, the hotel was very quiet and relaxed. Housekeeping was amazing I lost count how many times the towels and bed sheets were changed. The shower in our apartment was excellent.

Very quite and nice location. Ideal to explore west Crete. Small comfy apartment. Fantastic swimming pool with bar and friendly staff. Supermarket, restaurant and coffee shop nearby.
