“Host made this very special. Just perfect”

Host was amazing answered every question in minutes, what an amazing friendly guy. The high walls around villa gave privacy and a sense of luxury, the plants and garden makes you feel like a live star .digital doors so no worry about keys and had electric security gate for cars.hot tub was very large and easy to access the house from 2 doors, the villa as so clean well maintained, welcome package of fruits. Here is a security gate between villas with locks so if you stay with friends you can easy visit each other villas, the night time with stars were so clear sitting in a hot tub. Very easy access to near towns but also so silent at night. 10 minute walk from main area for busses if you don’t have a car. I would very highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone. Next Crete trip won’t even search other places will be going back here , ty so much for making out holiday.

“A home away from home”

Cocoon villas was the highlight of our recent trip to Crete. Our villa was spacious, brand new and well equipped with all amenities required for our stay. We didn’t use the pool, but we did the heated jacuzzi, and it was amazing. Last but not least to highlight the friendliness of Dimitris the owner and his wife, who gave us great tips on what to do and where to eat during our time there. Cannot recommend enough this place.

“Brilliant villa in Maleme”

We were greeted warmly by our hosts Dimitris and Marika, who gave us a welcome pack of tea, sugar, coffee and a bottle of wine. The villa is exactly as shown in the pictures and a lovely place to stay- modern, comfortable and clean. Dimitris is a great host, who gives good tips about restaurants in the area and responds quickly to any issues (he lives nearby). Thanks again, Dimitris, for letting us stay after check out time on our last day- that was so kind and much appreciated. Until next time...

“We had an excellent holiday and thoroughly enjoyed staying at the villa.”

We were met by Dimitris and Maria upon arrival who showed us around the property and answered any questions we had. We exchanged phone numbers and was advised we could call 24/7 if there were any problems or wanted any info on Crete.

The place is quite and comfortable, it has everything you need, good design and all the basic needs, it is good to travel with family but provably great to travel as a couple since is a nice romantic and private. The pool is nice, it is not very deep so it is perfect for chirdren above 120cm, and adults to refresh. The location is good since all the atracions are in about 1 hour drive, I recomend to have a car, otherwise the closest beach Maleme is a foot distance away but it is not the nicest beach, although you'll find supermarket and restaurants nearby. Highly recomended if you are looking for a place to rest and discover this part of the island, there is so much to see around from the mountain to the hidden beaches or turistic but unique places like Balos and Elafonsini beach, the peninsula nearby is a super cool drive, the village of Platanias has a lively night life, with restaurants and shops, only 8min drive, I revomend to eat at Mythos rest. really nice food and eviroment. Amazing and cozy place, the owners feel you at home. The fornitures and the stuff, were exactly what we expected, in the small details as well, simple but with famous brands, tipical nord european style. Thanks for all.

“Cocoon”

The facilities were functional and the setup was great for three people. Marika and Dimitris were the most helpful and warmest hosts. Location was great, under 5min walk to the supermarket and less than 10min to the beach.

Ideal place for a family vacation. The outside area is amazing for those who love to spend time in the pool and the house has everything you need. Staff is very helpful and available to answer queries. it was very nice to find some items available on arrival like tea, coffee and nibbles and the host was super kind in letting us stay an extra hour in the property.

The location was perfect and peaceful but amenities are very close by.The villa was exceptional in quality and cleanliness and everything you would need for a brilliant stay. The hosts Dimitris and Maria were wonderful.Excellent communication all the time ,all queries before the trip were answered swiftly and excellent communication whilst on holiday makes things a lot easier.
