“Amazing days in Maleme!”

“Lovely villa in a superb spot”

A little gem in a fantastic location. Friendly and helpful host. The villa is a 5min walk to a beautiful quiet sandy beach and there is a superb bar/restaurant opposite.

Walking distance to the beach. Plenty of supplies in the kitchen and bathrooms. Konstantina the host was so generous. Thank you for gifts Konstantina.

The owner was really lovely and there was genuine Greek hospitality from their whole family. The apartment was according to the pictures. Beach, restaurant and shops within walking distance. I recommend!

“A fantastic stay in Maleme!”

We had a fab time staying in this villa which is situated about 200 metres from Maleme Beach (stone/pebbles) and Menta Beach Bar & Restaurant. It is also only about 200 metres to the main road that runs through Maleme village and where you have access to the local bus route in to Chania, a large supermarket (SYN.KA) which offers everything you could want including fresh meat, fish, and cheeses, a pharmacy, shops offering local products as well as a few restaurants and bars etc. There are also a few bars and restaurants along the seafront, going west from Menta Beach Bar & Restaurant. It is however a quiet location on the whole so if nightlife, bar crawling and clubbing is your thing then I would suggest you head to Platanias, Chania or some such place. The villa is next to or joined with two more houses, all in a space that includes four buildings in total. In the house nextdoor you will find some relatives of the owner (Konstantina) who are always on hand if you have any queries or need any help at all. We did not see or hear much from them but when we had accidentally slammed the door shut (beware as the front door does not have an outside handle you can turn!) with the key remaining inside we managed to get some help from the owner´s brother-in-law! :) The family also help out with cleaning the pool for example. Before our stay I had asked for the possibility of getting two sets of keys to the house and a shopping cart or something similar for our shopping. We were thrilled to get both, even two shopping carts actually. Konstantina had also provided lots of fresh fruit, three large bottles of water, orange juice, wine, coffee, cookies, mini croissants, spaghetti, pasta sauce... Everything you would need to tie you over until you could do your own shop was there! So generous and totally unexptected! On our last full day before leaving we got a little gift bag each including olive oil, shower gel, shampoo and soap in handy travel sizes.

“Great place!”

Very spacious house, with three bedrooms and a lange living room. Very clean, and with a good swimming pool. At crawling distance from the beach. The owner is very friendly, and when we arrived all the supplies one needs to buy for the stay (e g. Coffee, water, fruits etc.) Were already there. Near the house is a fine beach restaurant with sunbeds, umbrellas drinks and friendly waiters. I can certainly recommend Casa Constans!

Nice house, clean and confortabile, in a very quiet place. The location is good, not far from the sea. Very well equiped house.The owner was kind and helpful. There is a good restaurant nearby named Menta. We spent a very good time în Casa Constant. Thank you
