“Highly recommended hotel for a stopover”

We were upgraded to the sister hotel Grand Tourist Inn Location was good, a short walk from the main sights in a lively and characterful neighbourhood Good service -staff helped arrange transfers to airport and from ferry Comfortable room with everything we would need - good aircon Breakfast was excellent - coffee in particular! Lift was a life saver!

The perfect place to stay before or after your flight. Our booking was with transport included so the hotel coordinate with the resort where we were staying the transport so everything was smooth. They picked us up from the airport where the resort dropped us off as soon as we arrived, and took us to the hotel (plus the next day to the airport). This was the final night of our honeymoon before our return and they decorated our room! A really appreciated touch. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We liked our stay.

The hotel is very good value for money and centrally located so that all the Male key sights are within 15 minutes’ walk.

The staff were absolutely excellent, allowed me to check in very early and didn’t charge me extra. Allowed me to have my included breakfast when I wanted and even brought my leftovers to my room. This place is perfect, I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.

“Our favourite hotel in Male!”

This is our second time staying at this welcoming hotel - and we LOVED it! Both times we stayed at their (newer) sister hotel Tourist Inn Grand, and both times we had a perfect stay. Wonderful employees, incredibly comfortable and impeccably clean room, peaceful at night, excellent WiFi and AC, the most comfortable bed to sleep in, modern beautiful bathroom, and the best storage design in the room - you have incredibly useful shelves, drawers, wardrobe with hangers, desk, mini-fridge, electric kettle, cups, free coffee and tea packets, etc. This time our room was located on the 4th floor and we even liked it better than our previous room on the 5th floor (high floors accessible by elevator from the reception area). Our floor had only two rooms in total, so it almost felt like a private space. Thank you to the management for good wall and window sound insolation - even though our windows were facing a narrow alley with scooters traffic, it was peaceful and quiet in the room and we rested really well. We also wanted to express a special Thank You to the reception desk staff - their smiles and positive attitude always made us feel very welcome, and especially Rojeena who made our stay so amazing - she is THE BEST hostess and most caring pleasant person you wish to encounter. We are so glad we chose to spend more days in Male and return to Tourist Inn Grand for our second time. And, if we ever return to Male for the third time - this hotel would be our choice again.

We were sleeping 1 night while waiting for the morning flight. Very good contact with the reception, also welcoming us with cold water and smile, rooms were clean, we had transfer included which was very nice, AC was working good, there was no problem with hot water. We left a blanket of our 14 month old daughter and they offered to bring it to us to the airport! So nice! Highly recommended 😊

“Definitely met our expectations - will be returning back!”

We were offered a room and stayed at their sister hotel Tourist Inn Grand (located very near-by). This review is specifically for that hotel. Our room was very comfortable and spacious, the linen were impeccably clean, the bed was super large and we slept very well. There was a small fridge in the room along with an electric kettle and a few cups (to make tea or coffee). Wifi and AC worked well both in the room and common area. The reception desk staff were very helpful, especially the lady from Nepal - she went above and beyond to provide information and made us feel very welcome! Our 3-night stay included breakfast prepared and served at their downstairs kitchen which was very convenient. We also had an area (and a small kitchen) adjacent to our room along with a couple of tables and chairs - it also was very useful for take-outs. There are several local eateries within a short walking distance, and in general it was easy to find local food. Our 3-night stay went very well, and we walked from/to the public ferry terminal to continue journey for our next island. We look forward to staying at that hotel again upon return in February! :)

“Comfortable stay”

We had a lock issue with the room and staff did what they can late at night. The receptionist was amazing handling the situation. The room was spotless clean. We had a great stay.

The staff are friendly & supportive. The room is very clean, and I would like it better if the room perfume is not so strong. Generally, this is our good choice for the stay in Male.

Very friendly and helpful staff, good central, quiet location. Breakfast was served in a different building, however they brought it to our room as we were leaving early.

“Excellent for a short stay in Male”

I stayed here for a 3 nights to give myself a day to see Male between my time on a resort and my flight home. It was perfect for this. I booked here but was moved around the corner to their other hotel, TOURIST INN GRAND. The shuttle service was excellent (I used it for the transfer home, but they give you all the options including the boat+ walking, which I did when I arrived). The staff were helpful, rooms were quiet, modern, cool (A/C and fan) and clean, beds were comfortable, bathrooms were excellent. Very good value for money. I stayed with their other hotel TOUR INN on the way out, who stored a bag for me, and they transferred it to this hotel when I arrived back in Male.

I stayed at the hotel for a night only for resting to get to the dhigura island next say.The hotel is small hotel center of the Male.They can provide you shuttle from airport to hotel and opposite way the employee of the hotel from reception to kitchen,housekeeping are so helpful and they can provide you what you need.We were really appreciated them.We have a infant with us and they support us really good.Thanks again.

The hotel staff was super kind and accommodating. They offered us an early check-in and late check-out as well because we were traveling with a two-year-old and the weather wasn’t ideal for long strolls in the city. Served breakfast was very nice and we had an exceotional diner there as well. They also arranged a taxi to the airport for us for very reasonable price. Thank you all for making our stay so comfortable and pleasant!

I was upgraded to Tourist Inn Grand and it was a beautiful room more like a 5*. Staff were amazing, the room clean, comfortable, large, perfect for a short or long stay. Breakfast was great, the location was great, near shops and restaurants and I had a great walk around the city and everything was in walking distance. The perfect hotel for a city stay.
