“Great”
I initially booked at the Barcelo Hotel (5 stars, but I wasn't impressed with their support). I changed to Somerset two days before departure. It was a wise decision. They were very helpful and responded to messages quickly. Staffs are helpful. We checked in lately and they still supported well

“Friendly and very helpful staff”
Friendly pick up from the Airport. Good location to the supermarket. Just stayed one night before going to resort. Hotel was in contact with resort to plan the schedule for next day trip to resort. Breakfast was fabulous.

I like all the facilities. The room is larger than expected. The location is very strategic for sight seeing, souveniur shooping and food hunting is all nearby. The food in the hotel restaurant was all delicious.

Hotel location was good to walk around in the town - fish market, central park. Some good restaurants around. Room size was good. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Good addition was free transfer from and to the airport.

My wife and I had booked a late check-out after a Sandbank & Snorkeling Tour, but the tour had to be canceled at the last minute due to bad weather on the day of the tour. The Somerset Hotel staff handled the situation with remarkable flexibility and promptness. My wife and I are especially grateful for the outstanding service and hospitality provided by Unais and Nia.
