The breakfast was good and we missed nothing. The host strived to fullfill every wish. We especially appreciated the kindness of the host who was very nice and supported us with information about the history of the area and with places which are worth to be seen. He also checked for us which restaurants and spas are open in that off-season time.

We had a short but wonderful 3-day stay at this hotel. Everything was spotless, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the staff were incredibly kind and attentive — they truly cared about our comfort. The breakfast was tasty and a great start to the day. The beach is easy to reach, whether by car, scooter, or on foot if you enjoy a longer walk. Returning to the room in the evening or late at night was also hassle-free. A big thank you to the whole team — we would happily stay here again!

“Spirit of small Italian village with soul”

Casa Lanka made our family stay so magnificent. Host Goran has given us important suggestions for travel to Trieste and Venice. The location of property is ideal for both of the cities. We mostly enjoyed the breakfasts which Goran freshly prepared for us. During the meals, we were listening about historical and some unknown stories about village and surrounding areas. Very clean large rooms, with antique furniture and beautiful shared garden for all guests. We will definitely stay in this property during our next trip to Italy.

“Characteristic home and wonderful host”

The property was very clean and tastefully decorated, with a lot of attention to detail. Goran was a very accommodating and even drove my husband to the petrol station to pump our spare tyre when we found our tyre flat on the morning of check out. Nice breakfast with sweet and savoury options. Quaint village with a few "osmiza" to try local produce and wine. Parking available right outside the accommodation.

“Exceeding expectations, perfect!”

Everything was perfect. It's a nice house in a lovely little Italian village. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The host, Goran, creates a welcoming atmosphere and is outstandingly helpful, if you need anything in the house or any recommendations for sight seeing and restaurants. The breakfast was also great, special requests were possible. If you are there via car, you can quickly reach the next big cities like Monfalcone and Trieste.

Goran is an open, helpful and uncomplicated host and a special person, that created a wonderful Casa: big and comfy rooms, modern kirchen, lovely garden. We felt at home while the stay due to esthetics and hospitality. The windows have wooden shutter and white curtains. A ventilator was in the room. The beds were comfy for us (silent, quite hard, new) The location is perfect, if you have a car and like it silent and not touristic. Restaurants are nearby by walking. Yes, there is a dog nearby, that is nervous sometimes. But the rooster some people write about is far away. I didn't hear it until the last day.

It was really great! Really nice and comfortable and super clean. The only thing we missed was the aircondition.

We loved everything about our stay. The house is beautifully renovated, our room was spacious and clean, the bed was very comfy. Goran is an amazing host, he made us feel welcome; he was also happy to help with recommending places to visit in the area. Breakfast was also very good.

the room was really big and nicely done (all in wood) + very new. great breakfast! location was really nice as out of the busy seaside resort. Was a real small Italian / Slovenian village. we drove over for lunch and also explored the cost. little wineries near by was a great experience. owner was really top! he put in a lot of effort, spending time with us and making our experience and stay extra special! really recommend! thanks Goran!

Beautiful place in a small village. Room was clean. Breakfast was delicious and host was very friendly. He always gave us great advises about trips and places around. Near the house is a osmiza where you can taste local wine, cheese and other local products. We definitely recommend this place.

The host is just amazing. He brought us to buy cigarettes, he suggested us where to go and what to eat, he stayed with us entertaining us with stories and good chats, he offered us typical products and he accepted our request of an early breakfast preparing the best breakfast we had in the overall trip! The property lies in a small and quiet village. The room we stayed in was beautiful, spacious and clean. The property also has a nice garden where you can sit and just enjoy listening to the bees doing their work :). The manager was super attentive, nice and very helpful when we needed advice on which beaches would be the best to visit. This place is great if you want to enjoy some peace and quiet.
