Overview
Immersed in a peaceful park, Residence Alesi is 100 metres from the beach on Lake Garda and 3 km from the centre of Malcesine. The hotel offers bike rental at extra charge, and the nearby cycling track leads to the city centre and to the Fraglia della Vela sailing club. The hotel has large gardens with a pool and a playground. The hotel's spa includes a fitness room, a sauna, a Turkish bath, a hot tub and sunbeds. “Fantastic accommodation at Lake Garda”

“Chilled”
Lovely setting, so relaxed and chilled. The rooms are modern and well equipped. The pool was clean and peaceful. Even in early August there was never an issue getting a bed. The staff are so helpful and friendly. It’s possible to swim in the lake not too far from here.

“Everything just perfect.”
The best location what you can get near the Garda lake. Very cosy and small villa, inside and outside everything was well maintained. Also we really liked organic fresh breakfast and the best Limoncello Spritz all around the area ! Our small apartament also had a balcony where we could spend hot summer evenings. The villa staff was very friendly and very helpful.

“Amazing facilities, would love to come back again.”
Exceptional bio breakfast, bigger than expected rooms, travelled by car so it was close to centre. Child friendly and welcoming staff.

Nice place, with beautiful garden. Undeground parking is welcome in hot days. Breakfast offered a wide variaty of the choices.

Malcesine is a beautiful little town on Garda lake. The Appartment is close enough to the city center, by bike it is a comfortable ride to get into it. From the terrace the view is beautiful to the lake. The owners are very friendly and helpful family.

Such a beautiful, peaceful guesthouse. Stunning pool, lovely grounds with olive, lemon and bougainvillea trees. Delicious breakfast on the terrace and the staff were so friendly and helpful. There's a library of books to read and the sweetest dog who comes to say hello. The room had a view over the lake so we could watch the thunderstorm. It's 3km from the centre so peaceful and the beach nearby was never crowded.
