“Expensive for an average hotel”

Tried to message saying we owed money for drinks we never had Freezing pool Decorations very 1980s Expensive hotel for what it was

It’s a very big hotel. It’s very clean. We were in a deluxe room which was very spacious with the most beautiful view of lake Garda. It’s quite dated decor. The location is probably the best on lake Garda. The most stunning little town. It’s a long walk to and from the town so you do need a car although the hotel does have a shuttle bus. The WiFi was brilliant. The breakfast was good and had everything you could need

-Food was great, different varieties everyday for breakfast and dinner -Room was spacious with good working AC -Great facilities especially for families -Staff were excellent, everyone was so friendly and helpful

We stayed at this hotel as a family of three – two adults and one child – and overall had a lovely experience. This hotel is extremely family-friendly, and I doubt there are many places around Lake Garda that offer such great value for money for families with children. There was an outdoor playground, an indoor mini club, and several pools at different depths suitable for kids. However, the pool water was not heated, which might be worth keeping in mind depending on the season. The hotel staff were excellent – friendly, helpful, and always available. One downside was the air conditioning in our room, which wasn’t powerful enough to cope with the hot June sun. The room got uncomfortably warm, which unfortunately affected our child’s sleep. Another issue was the live music concerts held in the hotel’s inner courtyard every evening until 11 PM. While we appreciate entertainment, the volume was very high and clearly audible from our room, making it difficult to fall asleep. I believe the performances would still be enjoyable if the music was a bit quieter and ended a little earlier – especially for families with young children. Despite these small drawbacks, I would definitely recommend this hotel for families traveling with kids. Just be sure to request a room that doesn’t face the courtyard if you’re hoping for quieter evenings.

Good spacy junior sweet, very clean. Possibility to charge electrical car! Nice pools! Parking garage at low cost.

The rooms were clean. There was a fridge in the room. There were a number of activities available eg tennis, mini golf, table tennis.

- The infrastructure is great for kids and adults, with several pools, mini golf, a tennis court, and trampoline space. - The staff is kind and friendly. - The rooms are large with fantastic views of the lake and mountains. - The buffet offers a wide variety of choices. - A mini club is available from 10 am to noon and 3 pm to 5 or 6 pm. - The nightly shows, especially the Brazilian one, are excellent and worth the stay.

“Not bad but definitely not good either”

It was a last minute booking and there wasn’t much choice. We needed something for one night and it seemed kids friendly so that was our main consideration. It’s not the type of hotel I’d usually go for.

Perfect for family of all ages.. small journey to the centre and silent at night. Lots of pool options and outdoor activities. the kids club was amazing for our one and 7 year old, we had to drag them away. Beautiful room (we had a junior garden suite) and everything was so clean. Housekeeping made swans every day for the kids beds which they loved.
