With a beautiful view over Lake Garda, the rooms were clean, tidy and practical. The staff were extremely accommodating and friendly, and we felt very welcome! The hotel restaurant has a veranda with a magnificent view of the lake, and on the second floor there is a nice pool and sundeck that guests can use free of charge.

The hotel is located on a hill about a 10-minute walk from the center of Malcesine. It's quiet and secluded yet still close to the center, which suited us well. The breakfast served was good and there was something for everyone. There is a nice pool which we used. The staff were very friendly and spoke German and English as well as Italian. They always greeted us with a smile. The rooms and common areas were perfectly clean at all times.

We stayed in Villa Smeralda for five nights and absolutely loved it! The room was clean and we had a beautiful lake view. The breakfast was excellent and fresh every day! Staff members warmly welcomed us and gave us a lot of good tips on what to do in Malcesine. The rooftop terrace and the pool area were also wonderful! Location was reachable by walking from the port, the bus station and the old town. The lake and the beach is also easy to reach by walking.

Everything was just perfect from the very first minute we arrived. Clean and stylish rooms, tasty food, comfortable jacuzzi with a StUNNING VIEW!!!

Staff were very nice and helpful particularly Cata who went above and beyond to help us and a good distance from Malcesine to enable travel in and out easier.

Amazing view, great breakfast with plenty of options. The pool was quite big (as big as on the pictures) and the terrace was was also nice. Free parking was a plus, despite the short/steep walk.

We loved breakfast and the friendly staff there. It was an amazing variety of food. We loved the view while breakfast and dinner. It's no big deal, but a warmer pool wouldn't hurt :-) We are definitely coming back!!!
