You can walk to the town, there is a great promenade along the lake. private car parking. pet friendly 🤗

An exceptional find. Ideally situated on an uncrowded part of the spectacular mid-lake shoreline but within a 20 minute lakeside walk of the bustling historic town of Mercisine. Nicely modernised room with spectacle view across the lake, excellent hosts in Flo and David and very pleasant bar area. Most attractive of all was the 100 metres of private lakefront reserve backed by a fragrant flowering jasmine hedge.

We can't say enough good things about the Hotel Villa Carmen & all staff. The location is superb, all staff were so helpful, excellent breakfast, pool & garden area (& we didn't get to use the beach area but it had plenty of sunbeds very well spaced out right by the lake). I thoroughly recommend a lake view room.

The owners, the couple, is charming and helpful . The location is good, walking distance from the old town. The terrace is very nice and the lake scenery from there is lovely. Also their own beach just on the other side of the street is good!

The owners and staff were incredibly friendly, and the view of the lake was stunning. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there and would love to go back. The food at the snack bar was also delicious.

I spent a much too short stay for the hospitality I found at this hotel.The room corresponds to the images on the website, the view from the balcony is spectacular, breakfast is varied and substantial, swimming pool, jacuzzi, private beach on the shore of the lake, parking on site. The town of Malcesine is the right place to explore the surroundings.I strongly recommend this hotel, for which a score of 10 is not enough. We will definitely come back. 100 points with all my heart !❤️

Loved everything! Perfectly located, everything is in walking distance. Situated right by the lake, privat beach, pool & yacuzzi. Nice spacious rooms. Our family room had 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, what we loved. Great breakfast with stunning view from the breakfast room/restaurant. Wonderful ambiance, you feel like being a house guest. The couple hosting the hotel is absolutely lovely! Friendly and so helpful with everything! Lovely touch to make us start our day with a smile was labels at breakfast in our language. That was sweet, we appreciated it! The most enjoyable stay we've ever had in a small hotel like this, no doubt! So happy we chose this one!

This hotel is so friendly and comfortable with fantastic views of Lake Garda from the spacious terrace, and the lake-facing rooms which also have balconies. Definitely recommend getting one of these. There is a swimming pool, jacuzzi and garden at the hotel and a lake side beach area on the other side of the road. The breakfast buffet was amazing with so much choice including different homemade cakes and savouries each day. You can also get drinks and substantial snacks, ice cream etc afternoon and evening. The owners and staff are so helpful and welcoming.

The hosts were very helpful and friendly and all staff professional and friendly. The food in the hotel was great, lovely continental breakfast! The room we had was a basic room with balcony. Bed was comfy, room was clean and was big enough for me and my partner. Shower was great. View amazing. Cleaned daily. We only used the garden and swimming pool once, but really good. Lake just in front of hotel with private area to sit, read, sunbath and swim. Short walk to town Which is lovely. Set in the mountains so absolutely great if you love trekking which we do. We will return!
