Excellent hotel with one of the best views of Lake Garda. The view was absolutely stunning and made the stay truly memorable. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

The hotel has a wonderful atmosphere, especially the beautifully designed courtyard, which is full of charm and character. The view from the room is absolutely stunning. Just across the road, you can rent equipment for all kinds of water activities. The heated hot tub is the perfect finishing touch. Although it's not very large, the warm water is incredibly relaxing and does a great job of relieving fatigue after a day out. Breakfast is fairly simple, but thoughtfully prepared, with enough little touches to make it enjoyable and memorable.

Everything was just perfect. This place is a little gem. We would love to come back. The room was great: spacious and clean with a fantastic view. There was not only the front tarrace in the room with lake view, but also at the back there are places to leasure with nice greenery and mountain view. Great! Personel was professional and friendly. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic. The number of choices and the quality of food were just top level.

A modern, comfortable hotel with spacious rooms overlooking Lake Garda and the mountains. Situated a few kilometres north of Malcesine, it remains with easy reach of the village while maintaining an impression of calm and serenity. Christina and Monica are always on hand to provide helpful advice and spare no efforts to ensure their guests are comfortable. Car parking is a considerable advantage, as public car parks are quite expensive. Breakfast is quite simply sensational.

Christina and Monica, were absolutely amazing. Warm, attentive, and incredibly helpful. Rooms are cleaned daily and everything inside feels new, and recently renovated. The breakfast each morning was another highlight. There’s a great variety, with high-quality options to choose from, and the pastries were especially delicious. You could tell care was put into the selection and presentation.

“Perfect stay on Lake Garda!”

Cristina made me feel at home the moment I arrived, she really cares for her guests. Monica was also very friendly and helpful with restaurant reservations etc. The room had a fantastic view and is tastefully updated with air conditioning and an exceptionally comfortable bed with the best pillows (regular and memory foam) I’ve had so far in Europe. You must take advantage of the complimentary bicycles - right across from the hotel is a flat waterfront pathway that goes all the way into town and this was a great way to go too and from dinner and explore Malcesine. The location is ideal for a quieter and relaxing experience. The lake is perfect for swimming right across the road next to the kite surfing. Breakfast was perfect, including freshly cooked eggs and coffee on your request and it was nice that the buffet offerings changed slightly each day (different fresh fruits/pastries/cakes/meats etc). Can’t wait to come back!

We had a lovely warm welcome from Christina and Monica. The view from the hotel was amazing. We had a superior lake view room which was fresh, modern and immaculately clean. Monica provided us with a kettle for our room and we enjoyed our morning cup of tea sitting on the balcony enjoying the view of the lake and mountains. The breakfast was delicious with lots of choice, homemade produce, and presented beautifully. The terrace is a lovely relaxing place to sit and unwind in the afternoon after exploring the nearby villages and towns on the lake. We would definitely return to this hotel when visiting Lake Garda in the future.

Owner and staff were exceptionally friendly, breakfast was very good quality products. I liked the location being quiet and calm amd not in one of the big towns full of tourists. But you can easily get into the nearest town by bus, or car etc and enjoy a good meal. Right opposite the lake and free bikes. Canoe rental right opposite. Perfect for me and my 9 year old son!

Wow, the location is stunning and the view from our room was beautiful. The hotel was spotlessly clean in all areas. The staff were super friendly and the owner Christina has the biggest smile ever, you can tell she loves the place. On site parking available in the underground garage, which is perfect for keeping the car cool inside. Free cycle loan too.
