Overview
Offering free, fenced parking and a garden with a swimming pool and sun terrace, Hotel Casa Serena is on the shores of Lake Garda, a pleasant 15-minute walk from Malcesine centre. The lounge, bar and reception area were renovated in 2013. Casa Serena is located between the beautiful bay of Val di Sogno and Malcesine's medieval castle. The garden is filled with flowers and olive trees, and the terrace is equipped with free sun beds and parasols. The rooms offer views of the lake or the mountains and include a satellite TV and a private bathroom. Most rooms have a balcony. A buffet breakfast is served every morning and drinks, salads, and sandwiches are available at the snack bar. A garage for bicycles is available. At reception, you can book a shuttle to Brescia and Verona Airports, as well as arrange trips and excursions to art cities such as Verona, Mantua and Venice.

Everything was perfect: the room was spotless and modern, a very nice breakfast buffet and we loved the little garden with olive trees and pool. The hotel is very close to the beach and just 10 mins walk to the center. Big plus: a free parking space!

Friendly and helpful staff - the basis of any business of this kind. There is definitely nothing to complain about here and we would love to come back in future. Really excellent breakfast with a very good selection of different types of food, including vegetables. The equipment of the room is a bit Spartan, but everything one needs for a short stay is available. Very good and spacious parking place.

I recently spent 7 nights at the wonderful Hotel Casa Serena. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always on hand to help. The hotel itself is small, which makes for a comfortable stay. The continental breakfast each morning was wonderful with plenty to choose from. An added bonus was the bike rental which was incredibly good value compared to other bike rentals in the area. I loved exploring the towns just outside of Malcesine - definitely worth doing. I loved my stay and will definitely be returning in the near future.

Beautifully clean, bright and light. Great Continental breakfast. A short walk to Malcesine along the promenade……cannot rate this small hotel highly enough. The receptionist is lovely and most helpful! The owners were warm and welcoming.

The hotel is clean, breakfast was good and some of the staff were really nice and polite. There is a nice quiet beach close to hotel and you can easily walk to Malcesine old town that is really nice as well.
