The view, the warmth, the terrace. We were looked after by the family at Gabbiano, and it truly felt welcomed. The room views were absolutely unbelievable, and the breakfast was plentiful—by far the best I’ve had in Italy so far! The restaurant downstairs offers a wonderful atmosphere and serves excellent food. I can’t wait to return to Gabbiano—what a hidden gem on Lake Garda!

Staff were so friendly, room was clean, view was amazing! Breakfast was incredible too, even on the first day when we were delayed with trains and ended up having to check in late around 10pm, they waited for us.

“Exceptional stay with stunning views and warm hospitality!”
We had a fantastic stay! The view from the property was absolutely breathtaking, and the location was perfect—peaceful yet close to everything we needed. A special mention goes to Luciana and Alberto, who were incredibly accommodating, attentive and helpful throughout our stay. They truly went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable and stress free. The rooms were spacious, clean and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially loved the breakfast on the terrace, which was not only delicious but also came with a stunning view—such a beautiful way to start the day. Luciana went out of her way to prepare fresh croissants for our party - as she knew that we loved them! On the day of departure, we had an extremely early start and they went out of their way to prepare breakfast for us ahead of our journey. They even gave us discount codes for local attractions, which was a lovely bonus! I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Lake Garda — and the personal touch from Luciana and Alberto made all the difference. We will look forward to seeing you again soon!

Great location, a bit outside of the centre of Malcesine, so no crowds around. Very friendly hosts. Beautiful breakfast terrace and good breakfast. Great lake view!

“Beyond expectations”
Everything, so clean, so accomodating, the breakfast was marvelous and THE VIEW...simply amazing. The food was also exquisite with the continental breakfast provided and the restaurant downstairs.
