Nice spacey apartment in a new house. In the city centre of Malcesine, but in a quiet part of the city. Parking for a regular-sized car is available in front of the house. A bigger car can park near the apartment. The apartment was fully equipped and clean. There was all that we needed. Beds were comfy. Thank you, Giacomo, we felt like at home.

The property had an amazing location and the host was great! So spacious and had absolutely everything we needed, secure location, with a few mins walk near the restaurants and lake. We had an amazing stay and highly recommend! We couldn’t fault it!

“Perfect apartment in a perfect location. Loved our stay”

This was such a beautiful apartment. We absolutely loved our stay here and can't recommend it highly enough.  The location is perfect with easy driving access (can park outside to unload bags then parking is only a short walk away), it is handy to the port and old town area of Malcesine and there is a large supermarket only 100m or so away. Plenty of shops and restaurants around.  The apartment itself is extremely comfortable and is so well equipped. Super comfortable bed, electronic shutters in all rooms to keep out the noise and light. Wonderful bathroom with a large shower. Separate laundry room with washing machine, laundry powders etc. Kitchen with hotplates, oven, kettle, plenty of cooking equipment even oil, salt etc. 2nd bedroom so it could accommodate 4 people. The owner Giacomo takes great pride in the property and it is well maintained and very clean. Everything works well and there are lots of little touches that made us feel at home. Umbrellas at the door, lollies next to the bed, maps & info on the table. Even a bottle of prosecco and tray of pastries for us in the fridge, such an unexpected bonus. Thank you for an amazing stay, none of the apartments we have stayed in since have been this good!

The apartment has all you need and more and it is located right in the city center. It is very clean and comfortable. Free private parking nearby. The host is very welcoming and made us feel at home. We definitely recommend this place.

This was by far the best apartment accommodation I have had anywhere. The location was perfect, a three minute walk to the harbour and all its amenities and we even had an unexpected open air concert in the public garden directly in front of the apartment. Giacomo had left us a bottle of Prosecco and loads of pastries and the facilities and supplies in the property were exceptional. It was so good I’ve already booked again for next year!

Everything! Host super friendly. House very comfortable. It has all you need and more. Walking distance to city centre. Located very close to bus stop. Easy to find.

“Any time again! Price-quality-ratio is just perfect!!”

The stay was overall perfect. The apartment is located right in the center of Malcesine. Therefore you can take a 5min walk to the castle and lots of restaurants, bars etc right around the corner. The bus station is a 1min walk and from there you can take the bus to other cities like Garda and Lazisse. Next to the bis station is the supermarket, tourist information and cable car entrance to Monte Baldo. Our host gave us a very charming welcome gift (including Prosecco, coffee, Italian sweets and enough water for the whole stay). The apartment is super clean and very well equipped, you can cook for 2 people or a whole family, it has an oven, bialetti coffee etc, there is a tv with German channels, towels and so on. The bathroom was very clean and very modern and mattresses super comfy. In conclusion we enjoyed our stay a lot and we would definitely recommended it to families and couples at any time! Also, we are planning our next trip there :)

It’s location to the town and how easy it was to get to it was super clean and had great and modern facilities free wi-fi walk in shower great air-con it’s own private court yard the list goes on! the owner was great and very welcoming 👍🏽🇮🇹
