Great location and despite being right in the central square surrounded by many restaurants, the sound proofing of the windows was amazing. Good breakfast including savory and sweets. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

The hotel is at the heart of the old town, so everything is within walking distance. The host was very nice and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and the room was comfortable for a few night stay. Would recommend if you come for a few days to visit Malcesine.

Private parking behind the gates (5min walk to hotel) 💯 Simple rooms, but with everything you need for a stay. Very central location, in the middle of old town and everything is very close - shops, terraces, beaches, castle, cafes, cable car.

Great family run hotel right in the heart of Malcesine. Friendly owner, spotlessly clean and easy parking just up the road. Could not ask for more!

Very accommodating staff. Even made breakfast earlier so that we could attend a sporting event starting early in the morning.

Everything. Central location but despite this definitely not too noisy. Most/all rooms have a very pretty view of the court outside. Host was kind and booked me a taxi. The shutters and windows meant you could quite effectively block out all light and really mute the vast majority of the sound coming from outside. AC system was easy to use and effective too. Bathroom was a little dated in style but was very clean and in good working condition, and the shower had good pressure and doesn't need to be updated, the rest of the room was very modern. I hope to return to Malcesine one day, and if I do I will definitely come back to this hotel. Incredible value for money, they recommend booking directly.

The stuff was amazing, very lovely man at the reception and they even cleaned our room which wasn't necessary at all. The location is wonderful and flexibility of check in time, big thanks for that.

I’ve only wonderful things to say about our stay at this lovely, friendly, incredibly well located hotel. Right from the moment we booked, the communication between us and the hotel was so helpful and accommodating. Upon arrival we were greeted extremely warmly and given easy instructions for parking our car, a short walk away. The room was very comfortable, extremely clean and had all the things you could possibly need. Our breakfast was absolutely fabulous and set us up for the day. As for the location, you really couldn’t be in a more central location in Malcesine. A fantastic experience and we genuinely hope to stay again very soon.
