“Lovely hotel”

A lovely and cosy hotel suitable for all kinds of travellers, including families. We visited during the off-season (late October) and there were very few guests. Everything in Malbun was calm and relaxed, though I can imagine the hotel and town being much livelier and busier in the summer and winter. The pool, saunas, outdoor whirlpool, and children’s playgrounds were all lovely, and we thoroughly enjoyed our two-night stay. They even offered EV-charging (16A) but only for one car at a time. The breakfast and restaurant food were good. All in all, a very enjoyable stay!

“An amazing short break.”

The staff, the most comfy bed ever, the breakfast, the location right beside chairlift, the sauna, the outside jacuzzi, the restaurant. The manager (owner?) was lovely and very helpful.

The pillow was not comfortable

The setting/location of the hotel is fabulous. Staff were very helpful/friendly. Room was basic but had everything we needed (bed/pillows were very comfortable) Delicious breakfast with lots of variety

The spa is amazing and really nice, the swimming pool too, and the place is great in general! The food at the hotel is good but slightly overpriced, however the breakfast was amazing!

October 2025 We stayed here in October 2025 as part of a European road trip celebration of our 40th wedding anniversary. We stayed in a number of hotels in Austria, Italy and Germany, but tiny Liechtenstein stole the crown as THE best hotel on this tour. From the amazingly friendly and warm staff- the owner, the admin and waiting staff- all were just soooo good. The food was absolutely divine, I highly recommend the Milbüner Rösti for dinner! They even provided a room upgrade upon hearing that it was our wedding anniversary. We didn’t want to leave the bed- by far the most comfortable sleep in a long time. Then of course was the environment around the hotel. The mountains, the air, the discount on the cable car. We wish we’d planned to spend more time in Malbun. Well done to the team.

“Absolutely worth a visit”

Everything was amazing! Very beautiful surrounding, easy to to get there by car and easy and free parking. Super wellness facilities, which was not why we chose the hotel, but we really enjoyed it! Very clean and calm. The whole hotel felt very luxurious for the price. Restaurant was expensive but the food was worth it. Breakfast was also really good. The beds were so comfortable and the view from the room to the mountains was incredible

The best breakfast I've had in all my stays across Europe. Except the ones that offered Champagne. Which I never drank. The staff were super, really helpful and genuinely friendly. The evening meals were very good. Served hot on hot plates. The Argentine steak was much better than I expected. Perhaps a little less seasoning on the fries but I like my salt. My third stay here in four years. Right next to the gondola and only an hours walk back down with stunning views. I will definitely be back.

Nice room with two bedrooms, EV charger (free), smoked salmon at breakfast and a really nice view from the room. Pool and wellness facilities are really well done and kept nice and clean.

Stunning location. Large room. Comfortable beds. Staff is outstanding, facilities are great. Swimming pool is lovely, with loads of toys for kids. Playground outside and playroom inside. Cable car next door. Free EV charging. It's a pity we only stayed for one night, I wish I booked more nights. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Really good value for money.

“Extraordinary”

This is the 2nd time I stayed in this hotel. Both time the hotel upgraded my room to a family room. It's a super large room on the top floor with amazing view of the mountains, 2 large bedrooms and a giant bathroom with 2 showers plus 2 sinks. It's super spacious and extremely comfortable. The location is in the central of Malbun, right next to the chair lift station to Sareisjoch. Guests also receive guest card that offers free public transportation during the stay, plus many other benefits to the museums etc.
