“Perfect place to rest after a long hike!”

We had a fantastic stay! Simple accommodation but rooms and bathrooms were very clean and comfortable, with everything you need after a long hike: hot shower (including towels and soap, shampoo etc), lovely pool to cool off in, filling dinner and breakfast (with veggie options), and a welcome drink! The host and his wife are so lovely, and his two dogs are very sweet. Definitely recommend if you are looking to stay in Sangalle!

Amazing hosts, super friendly and doing everything to give you the best time. Dinner en breakfast were great! Even in early hours to start hiking before sunrise. They let you wash your clothes for free. Nice pool and area to relax after hiking.

The owner and staff are amazing! The service is super good. They serve breakfast from 4:30 which is great if you leave early to hike up. The food was super tasty, for lunch, dinner and breakfast. Also the rooms and facilities are very clean. Enough space to lounge by the pool after a long and intense hike. Overall just a great experience :)

“Sublime stay on a beautiful location with the warmest host”

Location, service, cleanliness, WiFi, dinner and breakfast, swimming pool, host and cook are amazing. Value for money on par.

Great place. Nice hotel with large garden, comfortable pool (cleaned daily) with chill area in the shadow next to the pool. Food was great. Owners are very friendly. Room is basic but has a mosquito net.

“Perfect stay in the Colca Canyon!”

The staff of this lodge is the best! We arrived quite early, but they made our room so we could rest. They offered a complementary welcoming drink. The area around the pool is quiet, clean and great to relax after the hike. The room is spacious, simple yet perfect for a night. The breakfast is served at 4:30, is huge, and the timing is perfect to start the ascent back to Cabanaconde. This was our favourite stay in the Colca Canyon!

Amazing host who looked after us well. We were surprised and delighted with a welcome drink of our choice. The pool was lovely to cool off in after a long walk. Dinner was yummy as was breakfast. Dinner was available from 6:30 p.m. and breakfast from 4:30 a.m. this was excellent for walking.

Lovely staff and food was amazing

This has been a really hidden gem, a proper oasis at the end of the arduous track down the Colca Canyon. The location is really relaxing with a great pool, nice cocktails and wifi throughout the property. The host has been super friendly and accommodating, always wearing smile on his face and cooked us lovely lunch, dinner and breakfast. We wished we could stay longer!

An absolute gem in Sangalle! - Ronaldo was the best host - super friendly and provided everything we needed. - Food was plentiful and great (lots of vegetarian options). - The pool is so nice for after a long, hot hike and the area around it is great for chilling in the afternoon and evening. - The rooms and common areas are clean. Really nothing bad to say and would recommend!

This is a really cute place to stay with a lovely owner who is very happy to help. The food was excellent, we were given lots of different vegetarian options at dinner and loads of food for breakfast.

The property, despite being in a remote location, was offering multiple services, such as hot shower and wifi. The hosts were super nice and welcoming. They prepared a rich breakfast for us (included in the price) and gave us some snacks to support our walk back to Cabanaconde.

Todo perfecto! The staff is super nice. The place looks amazing. Room is simple but has everything you need. Sanitair is clean :) We would normally not book without pictures and went with reviews, definitely didn’t disappoint and would recommend 100%. Food was also great, also the portions. Thank you for the great stay!!

The stay was just what we needed after a long day of hiking. The owner was really friendly and could not have done enough to make sure we were comfortable. We got a free drink on arrival, a lovely choice of meals which were delicious and very reasonably priced! Before starting the hike the next day, the hostel also has a basic shop for snacks and drinks. Rooms were basic but had everything you need, and even hot water in the shower!

We had an amazing time at Cielo Lodge! The entire place was beautiful and serene, with a clean pool, a beautiful garden and lots of cosy corners to relax. Ronaldo was an amazing host and accommodated our vegan request perfectly. We had a filling, tasty dinner and vegan pancakes at 4.30 am in the morning. The bedroom and shared bathrooms were comfy and clean and there was even wifi in the room (something we didn't expect at such a remote location)! We can definitely recommend this accommodation to everyone visiting Sangalle.

Everything was amazing, the host was extremely friendly and welcoming! Hot shower w good pressure, crean room, toilet… Delicious food (vegetarian options too) esp after the hike :). Stargazing at night and two course breakfast made it hard to leave✨. ¡Gracias!

Next to none. What a reward after the hike with excellent host and healthy food. Vegetarian options, too.
