Staff so rude. Really rude on message before arrival and very rude on arrival. Waited to check in for 15 mins, eventually asked someone if they knew where they were, turns out they worked there and they were genuinely annoyed that they had to look up from their phone. Bathroom was also disgusting. We saw reviews saying about flooding but didn’t expect this. Was ankle deep and took about 3 hours to drain.

Clean, silent and comfortable

I had an amazing time staying in MBI hostel. The most comfortable bed and pillows (two!) I had so far in hole Asia while backpacking. The dorm and the shower / toilets are cleaned multiple times every day, so it was always super tidy. A big plus: they have shower heater :) after diving hole day I really appreciated warm shower. Even though its 14 bed dorm it was so quiet during the night, so I had good deep sleep before every diveday. The aircon and multiple fans in the dorm made the temperature inside very comfortable day/night. The starlink Wi-Fi workes excellent inside hole hostel. The staff was always friendly and very helpful whenever I had questions ect. Laundry service for 100p/kg. There is free coffee and water and a small kitchen area to prepare own food.

Beds were clean, including bedding and towels. There was good aircon and fans which made it pleasant. There were plenty of toilets and showers in each block. Attached dive centre was fantastic.

The location is great right in the middle of everything you might need in Malapascua. The 14 beds room had surprisingly much privacy considering how many stays there.

“Amazing Hostel in Malapascua”

Amazing place. It's very fairly priced, the bathroom and rooms are clean and hygienic. The dorm is very comfortable. You have one row facing the wall with two level-bunk beds, so, you have some privacy with curtains. The mattress is comfortable and the AC great. You have a hanging area for your clothes and there is a common area to chill (coffee & tea for free). The staff and the owner are lovely 😊. Also, you are about 10 minutes walking from the harbour and the main beach, you have an ATM nearby, and many restaurants if you want to eat. I would 100% recommend it.

Staff were lovely, the room was small but enough storage for our two big backpacks and two smaller back packs. The bed was EXTREMELY comfortable, and the location was really good too. Would definitely recommend, especially if you want a good nights sleep

Friendly stuff and very good price

9min walk to the port, close to the night markets for a cheap grilled seafood dinner. Lots of young people keen on diving. Friendly staff and bunks with curtains for privacy. All you need!

“Highly recommend”

Really great place to stay on the island, the staff are great and the dive school that is linked are so so good!! They let me borrow a snorkel and mask for my stay and even gave me a ride to the hostel from the dive centre with my bags. The beds are really comfy and clean, charger points next to bed and loads of fans in the room. Highly recommended.

If you search for a good place to sleep this is the best place in malapascua!! They clean the rooms and bathrooms everyday all day, have ac, hot showers, and even the option to rent a gopro in 700 pso for your diving at the island. The girl in the reception was so cute and helpful for what I need

Great place to stay in Malapascua if you are traveling on a budget. nice rooms and beds, with lights, sockets and two pillows!!! There are like 5 or 6 showers and bathrooms. A place to hang your wet clothes. Great staff and also great diving school.

Close to the market! Good wifi and free water.

Perfect location, easy to walk to from pier, food market round the corner at night and only a short walk to the beach.
