“Nice little hotel in nice little town”

Nice little town in the middle of nowhere, great little hotel both with rooms and a self-contained apartment, with a common area also used for breakfast. When we were there it snowed and it was very warm and well equipped. The town also has a bar where they do food and drinks, and is a few steps away from the hotel.

Wonderful 1 night stay with a surprisingly charming view and setting (especially from the Jacuzzi :) Good and complete breakfast and nice management that can be approached easily via whatsapp.

The traditional house has been converted beautifully and to a very high standard. The decor is impeccable and stylish. The room was stunning and immaculately clean. The communal areas are also stylish with small surprising additions to enhance the style. The view was over to the windmill. The village is very small and traditional with the small square. The surroundings are amazing and we were able to walk way into the nearby hills.

“Fun & Funky & Value for Money”

Marco contacted me several times before my arrival to book a meal at the local bar and a jacuzzi session. Pilar greeted me on arrival and I had a fantastic room overlooking the valley. The hotel is funky and eccentric and beautifully finished and well cared for. Breakfast is varied and substantial. I was cycling and it meant that dinner at the bar was the only option and the choices for a non carnivore were limited, but the staff were very friendly.

Everything, relaxing and calm place to chill out

The room was large and inviting. Unusual, certainly with the shower next to the bed with a glass screen separating. Bed was comfortable. The hotel advertises a bar, restaurant with international, Spanish, and grilled BBQ cuisine . There was also vegetarian options on request. The hotel has had NO RESTAURANT for at least two months. There was no English speaking member of staff available to assist, although this was promised. The hotel promised a spa and wellness centre. There was no wellness centre.. Breakfast was sparse, and the coffee machine was unreliable. Only white bread was available too ! All in all, it's a very disappointing stay. The contact person, Mark, who we never met, promised to contact the owners to discuss compensation. He came back with a fee of € 6.95 for a breakfast waived. I have received no compensation to date. The owners, through their rep, Mark have decieved us into staying for two peaceful and quiet rural days. We endured two expensive days with mile after mile of driving to find basic food. We are going to find hard to believe descriptions on booking. Com if this hotel remains on line unaltered.

Wonderful accommodation! Very spacious. Really well designed and restored with lots of character. We loved staying here even though it is quite far away from many facilities. We loved the remoteness - the village is so sweet (my young son brought his bike and cycling around the little village where people were so friendly to him). The landscape surrounding the village is incredible. We arrived late at night and did not need dinner, but you would need to plan in advance if you did because there was no shops or restaurant open (there was in another nearby town). I think you can arrange dinner through the hotel though. Owners very friendly. We stayed here as we were driving from Barcelona/Costa Brava to Madrid via Montserrat and wanted an interesting and affordable place to stay. Highly recommend. Thanks for a great stay!
