“Good value for price!”
It was a pleasant stay. We had the private bathroom, which is on the hallway. The shared lounge and kitchen were very clean and spacious. (We shared with one other friendly couple.) The bedroom was small but fine.

-"Private Bathroom" was not private -Air conditioning is only in the common area and it's fixed at 26 degrees. On top of that the room is separated from it by the staircase so marking it as air-conditioned is a lie -Weird smell in the bathroom and the staircase -Rooms are relatively clean but the rest of the building and the backyard is disgusting - full of bugs, webs and junk -Backyard looks more like scrapyard - full of junk and some half-finished projects -The owner does not speak english at all
