“Budget stay for a reasonable price”
Very nice place. Very reasonable charges. I stayed at a room like a tree house. Wow that was really amazing. Even they are offering a little breakfast. Highly recommend for short stays

“I can't recommend this place for another guest.”
The owners here don't care much about online booking. Even if we book a room, if we go onsite and request that room from another guest, they give it to him. The same thing happened to me. Later, I had to get a 2 person room instead of a 1 person room. That too at a higher price. I also didn't get breakfast😒. But they took the full amount. If you book a room here, be careful about these things. Even if you make an online booking, they don't take responsibility for that😑.

It’s managed by a person and running by a small family. The family is good enough to provide the service what they can. But the property is not up to the mark to list in booking.com

They are closed after 9.30 and it isn't mentioned anywhere in booking.com. I booked it on morning and called them to check availability. Even then they didn't mention about it. I was traveling from kandy. I've got late and when after we arrived to the destination, they said they are closed. Even the gent who answered the phone was not polite. We had to book another accommodation at middle of the night. So bad. I don't recommend
