Boasting a large, outdoor pool with pool bar, Villea Village is set amidst an olive-grove garden in Makry Gialos village. It offers self-catering accommodation opening to a balcony or terrace. “Chilling by the pool”
The hotels obviously is old but nonetheless is well taken cared of. The rooms were ok and so were the public facilities.

“Stress free”
The staff was really nice. Room was clean and without issues. Extra pillows and blankets were welcome. Due to closing we even got a free upgrade😀

“Regular Returners”
The situation of Villea Village is perfect as it is sited at the bottom of the hill and only about 100mtrs from the long sandy beach. It is a flat stroll to numerous tavernas and bars. Alternatively you can walk up the hill to shops and tavernas. The staff around the pool bar and at breakfast are attentive and fun. The snacks are freshly made and tasty. The cocktails, beers, wine and spirits are plentiful and served with a smile and chat. The rooms are surrounded by beautiful gardens and you don't feel over-crowded or over-looked. We are regular returners, as are many others. So Nikos and his team are doing what is right in this, away from it all, village.

“Clasic Greek style, perfect for families”
Classic Greek style. Great location, across the street from the beach. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Big swimming pool and bar next to the pool. Amazing garden. Ideal for families with small children.

“Excellent location, poor room”
The property has several positive aspects: a truly beautiful swimming pool, an excellent location just a 2-minute walk from a beach with crystal-clear water, a good and plentiful breakfast, a very tasty lunch (although not included in the price), and staff who were always kind and quick to respond to requests.

“Great location. Ok for the money.”
The area is very nice. Not a lot of tourists and that makes it very cosy. The breakfast 10/10. The staff is very friendly. It’s close to very nice restaurants, our favorite: Petra Bay. The room was ok. We travelled with our baby and at first the crib didn’t have a mattress (only a blanket) and we asked for a new one and they took care of it immediately. The pool is great but elderly people “reserve” their spot super early making it hard to find a spot with shade for our baby. Overall is cosy but I would not go back.
