“Perfect stay in Sitia”

Spacious apartment, clean, with everything you need for a perfect stay, and a walking distance from Sitia's'beach, harbour, tavernas and bars. The views from every window in the apartment and the balcony are stunning and make you appreciate this piece of heaven. Denisa is the perfect host, from the moment we made the reservation to our departure, she was always available and helped us with useful information and everything we needed. We will absolutely be back! Highly recommended!!!

“ideal location”

stayed here two years ago and everything was exactly as we remembered. the facilities are excellent with sunbeds and parasols provided and this time beach towels as well. we really like this location directly opposite the beach and just a short stroll to the main area for the tavernas. would definitely stay here again.

We stayed for five days in a studio equipped with all the amenities for cooking. It was extremely clean and organized, and you can even use the washer and dryer, which have everything you need to do your laundry. The bathroom was spotless, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and attentive to anything you needed. They left us breakfast items and cold water in the fridge, as well as a welcome wine. There's a beach right across the street with umbrellas and lounge chairs provided by the hosts. We will definitely stay here again next year, but for a much longer period. Thank you for the hospitality and attention. We felt right at home and look forward to returning next year.

I loved this place! Right by the ocean, the sound of it all day and night long. Calm, bright and with everything I might need. Just a little nice walk to the main coast. I got relaxed so much. I will be happy to come back!

We loved the apartment's location, it was directly on the beach with only a narrow , not very busy, road to cross. We also love its proximity to Makrygialos, a short walk away, but is far less busy.

Wonderful, very clean, well equipped apartment. The apartment look as though it has recently been decorated to a high standard. The bathroom and kitchen are new and very clean. The sheet and towels were new. I had a garden view apartment, the plants gave some privacy and kept the apartment cool. Screen on doors and windows for flies and mosquitoes. The staff were fabulous. The apartment was serviced once during my stay, everything was cleaned and the linen was replaced. Cleaning supplies and equipment were available in the laundry room. Clean beach towels daily, loungers and umbrella are available at no extra cost.

The setting was exceptional: the beach was a few metres away, it was very relaxing, quiet but not too far to walk in to the small resort which had plenty of bars and tavernas.

Really fantastic apartment, (appt no. 4) on the ground floor to the front of the property with it's own large, covered terrace full of beautiful plants, pots and urns and beautiful views out to the sea just 100 metres in front of you. Ideal to sit and gaze at the view with morning coffee of drinks before dinner - perfect! The apartment was spacious, bright and very well equipped with plenty of everything; good kitchen, kettle, toaster, large fridge, microwave etc. The shower was good too which is an essential as far as I am concerned. One bed apartment with double wardrobes so plenty of storage/space for clothes. My daughter slept on the sofa bed in the open plan living area which is set up with a memory foam mattress so she was very comfortable indeed. The owners, Vangelis and Dolores who live upstairs are the loveliest people you could meet. They are so kind and helpful and just want to make sure you are happy and have everything you need.

The studio was really spacious and well equipped and it was ideally situated just across the road from the beach. Sunbeds were provided by the owners free of charge. The area was peaceful and relaxing and only a short stroll over the hill to the harbour area with several tavernas. The owners were very friendly and welcoming would love to stay here again

Beautiful location with only a small road between our patio and the beach. The sound of the waves was a lovely backdrop!

“Cosy accommodation by the Lybian sea”

Vaggelis and her wife Dolores are super welcoming and friendly people. The white-washed apartment units are in a quaint setting, surrounded by colourful plants, olive and citrus-fruit trees; location is convenient, beach is just across the adjacent road, eateries and shops are within walking distance. The place is extremely quiet during the day and at night. Complimentary sunbeds and beach umbrellas are available. Overall the apartments are well equipped and maintained, beds are ok. A/c unit is maybe a tad old-fashioned, though it wasn't a big deal for us, since we preferred letting air through by keeping our windows open at night.

The location of the apartment was perfect - right opposite the beach. Peaceful area which was perfect for relaxing but also a great area to explore from.
