Manos is a great host. He has stocked the house with basic foods and supplies as well as given us good advice about where to go including the beach that we visited almost every day. The southern coast is not as touristy as the north side and around the house it's mostly quiet. The small town of Makry Gialos is easily reached by car with great restaurants and some other attractions. One day we went windsurfing to the north coast which was a one hour ride. We will very likely return.

A very spacious and comfortable property with everything we needed. The host was professional and welcoming and went above and beyond to meet our needs! We had the most relaxing time and enjoyed the magnificent view!

“Nice stay with seaview”

You will immediately feel at home in Seaview Pine House. When you arrive you are kindly welcomed and it turns out that there is a lot of stuff. An extensive welcome package with wine, water, soap, tea, coffee, etc. The view of the sea is fantastic, the car can be parked in the shade and the beds are wonderful. A short distance away is the pleasant village of Koutsouras with nice taverns, supermarkets and a good bakery. And... the beach and the sea. Here we even spotted two turtles while snorkeling. You must like peace and quiet... but then you will have a great holiday in this nice house.

It was comfortable, clean and well resourced. A home from home. The owner was very friendly and helpful with a much appreciated welcome package.

-Spacious house, extremely clean, with comfortable beds, providing literally ALL the amenities that you may need during your summer holidays -Calm location, with a big veranda for enjoying the sea view -Perfect parking place for our car under the pine tree -House located in walking distance from our favorite restaurant (Kalliotzina) and very close to our favorite beaches of Ammoudi and Diaskarioo

The house has been rented for two weeks. The owner of the house, Manos, immediately got in touch and met us as agreed. The house is fully consistent with the description. In the kitchen, Manos left water, food, detergents, etc. for the first time, which was a pleasant surprise. Cleanliness of the house and especially bedding is the level of expensive hotels. To the beach 150 meters, to an excellent tavern and small supermarkets 20 minutes to walk . The owner is very responsible and decent. On my request for the availability of a barbecue, a grill has been made by his father in law ! If you are looking for privacy and a relaxing holiday in a large house with the sea view - this is just for you. I'm going back next year and for at least a month.

“Calm, quiet and comfortable place!”

The house is brand new, big enough with very comfortable rooms and especially cozy double beds. It was very clean, with a/c in all rooms and TV with subscription channels. The facilities in the kitchen were full enough to cook and the electrical devices were big and brand new too. It had also facilities for personal treatment in the bathroom and additionally a wash machine. The most beautiful place in the house is the large veranda under the pine tree, with fantastic shadow. But the best of all was the "well come food and drinks" which offered the hostess Mr MANOS, who was very kind and willing to help us with many information about the area. We would like to visit it again for sure!!
