Fantastic apartment tucked away from the road, very spacious and clean, Irini our host met us on arrival with a smile beer and water in the fridge and a plate of grapes and peaches to snack on, very cosy and modern apartment felt right at home, bedding and towels cleaned regularly,will definitely be going back ideal location above the harbour with restaurants, shops and authentic Cretan life, on the night of our departure Irini put together a plate of Cretan pies from the local bakery, nice touch .big thumbs up from me.

Yiorgos and Maria are very friendly hosts. We were made to feel very welcome. The location is perfect, just a few minutes walk to the beautiful, seafront Makry Gialos restaurants and snack bars. The property is very spacious and very well kitted out with everything anyone could need in a home let alone a holiday apartment. Two spacious bedrooms, both with very good beds and high quality bedding. Both also with modern ensuite pre-stocked with shower gel, shampoo and scrubbing sponge. Four aircon units, one in each bedroom and in each sitting area, provided ultra comfort in some very hot weather. Free WiFi is readily available and of relatively good signal strength throught the property. Full size fridge/freezer prestocked with big and small bottles of water, a couple of complementary beers and little packets of butter and milk. The balcony with table and chairs provides an amazing view across the bay. Perfect for that morning coffee. The kitchen is fully kitted; toaster, coffee pod machine (with complentary pods), kettle, toasted sandwich maker, blender...everything.
