Overview
Offering spacious apartments with views of the sea and the mountains, this property is in the centre of the traditional village of Makrigialos on the South-East Coast of Crete. Just 90 metres from the beach and restaurants, the accommodation is fully-equipped and furnished to be ideal for all-year-round holidays, benefiting from the climate at the most southern point of Europe. There is also a large, private parking area. A truly good destination choice for families, the village is built across the sands, and there are many wonderful and quiet beaches around it. The main beach is full of people in summer time and there are water sports, bars, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and souvenir shops.

These apartments are in a fantastic location , very close the harbour and all the restaurants. We were greeted by the owner who was such a friendly man, he made us feel so welcome and even gave us some wine which was a lovely gesture.

Perfect! Best place to stay in Macry Gialos. The landlord and his wife are ever so nice to everyone! They constantly gave me homemade cakes, lunch, coffee... they really know how to make you feel at home. Also, which I found a nice touch - Milos introduced the guests to each other. This way you meet others more easily. Which was really nice for me, because I travelled by myself. There where quite a few people who had been there before. I will come back as well !! They have a few different apartment blocks in the town and by the beach. They are well equipped, in good locations, larger than most and comfortable. Beds were comfortable as well, normally they are too hard for me in Greece, but at this place they where just right and I had good quality furniture, well equipped kitchen, new bathroom, loads of powerpoints, everything very practical as well as spotlessly clean.
